The food is good and cooked well. However I wouldn’t go back to pick up the food myself. I made an online order to pick up at a certain time. I came about 10 min after that time as I generally experience some delay of the food being ready whenever I pick it up from somewhere. That’s not an issue at all for me, nor was it here.
My issue was with the staff. It’s a very small store and it was just very unorganized. The staff seemed like they may have been running behind on orders and were scrambling. There’s 2 checkout lines.. one for ordering, the other for pick up orders. I was advised to go to the pick up line. The cashier or whatever she was tended to the first person in front of me.. and apparently was assisting customers that were dining in… as it seemed. I’m literally standing there for 15 minutes waiting to be tended to.. and she never comes. She clearly sees me, as well as another worker on the other cashier line, and whom I presumed was the manager saw me as well. None of them bothered to ask me if I needed assistance. They were attending to other customers, even 2 other people who had come after me.. but not me. It wasn’t until one of the guy workers came on shift and was logging in that I asked if anyone is available to assist me with an online pick up. He was even surprised because he said it would’ve been so simple. He literally asked for my name, the receipt of the order made to compare to the order THAT WAS READY AND WAITING. Gave me the food and I was out. Took less than 2 minutes. Something that would’ve taken 2 minutes to be in and out took over 15 minutes.
Never going back there myself… but the food was good.

I have not gone to this specific location prior to today. They are doing something correct, people in line understood the process of ordering and waiting outside due to the size of this location. Food was tasty solid B. The service was good B three cashier was letting everyone know the times of specific menu items. I felt that was helpful for your situation.

We arrived and nobody acknowledged us, although they seen us. And, we were the only ones in the store. Then others showed up, and still no acknowledgement.
Manager showed no customer service skills whatsoever. When she finally took our order, she was so nonchalant about it. When we handed her money, she didn’t take it immediately. She was cleaning her glasses at such a slow rate.
I recommend not coming here if you’re in a hurry.

Great place but will not let you wash your hands in the bathroom. Staff is great. Chicken is sublime, hot, and delicious!

The guy who took our order was nice. Our order was made quickly. Only thing was their restrooms were out of order. How do you have people working where they can’t use the restroom? Area wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. Might visit again.

I hope someone sees this message and takes action. I came here to pick up a package. I was just waiting for my package. It took a long time, but that was not a problem—I could wait.
What really bothered me was that one of the employees there was treating customers very disrespectfully. While taking orders from customers, he would suddenly turn his back and start doing something else.
An elderly woman came in and was struggling to place her order. Instead of helping her, he made things even harder for her and acted disrespectfully. Sometimes we don’t understand right away and have to ask again, right? But this employee had no patience at all.
He didn’t even say “thank you” to anyone—not even once.
I am not trying to target anyone personally, so I will not describe him. But I truly hope you will take steps to improve this situation.

We had chicken, jalapeno poppers, mashed potato, and biscuits. The chicken were just ok, the poppers were, of course, chilly but it was good, the mashed potato goes well with the fried chicken and the biscuits were my personal favorite. The biscuits were already drizzled with honey and were baked fresh.
The restaurant, however, needs a little upkeep. The servers were polite and welcoming.
