VERY STINGY ON CHIPS
NO WAY TO GET MISTAKES ON DELIVERY ORDERS FIXED
They’ve gotten VERY chinchy and stingy, and then NO customer service. I try to avoid this location whenever possible.
* Made an order online. Several burritos, queso, salsa, nachos, etc.
* salsa ended up coming as queso
* bags of chips must have filled with one handful…80% of the paper bag is empty on each (we bought 2)
* there is no customer service phone number I could find on the website
* called the location no less than 10 times, let it ring until it disconnected
I know they’re busy, but that’s not my problem.

Freebirds never disappoints! The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, the service is quick, and the food is always on point. You can really taste how fresh everything is, and the customization options make it easy to get exactly what you’re craving. The team does a great job keeping things moving while still being friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a solid, delicious meal!

This review is a long time coming as I’ve been a frequent for close to a decade. I’m so impressed with how amazing the leadership/crew is at this location. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted and actually feel like they value me as a customer.
Today I ordered as I have many times before and was a little unsatisfied with the size of my Freebird. I politely expressed that to the staff/manager and he was so fast to replace it. It was a little thing for them to do, but it made all the difference to me.
This kind of service is rare in this industry and I’m so fortunate that we have these guys in our town. Seriously.

Why fill the bag of tortilla chips 30% of the way, is the owner good in the head? Bizarre way to lose business for pennies worth of food. I know it’s been corporate since 2007 but this level is greed is crazyy

Ordered online but still received great service, I was greeted when I walked in and the 2 guys on the line were super excited to show me my burrito! They said they wrapped it beautifully and happily pulled it out of the bag to show me their masterpiece! I ordered the biggest burrito which is why I think they were super excited to have pulled it off so perfectly! After getting home and opening it up, everything was mixed perfectly in my burrito too! I will be back!

When the new app for Freebirds accidentally sent my order to a different location, I was understandably a bit annoyed. Especially as it was cold, raining, and the traffic was miserable. The folks there made up my order and gave it to me. I really appreciate it. Customer service and kindness is always appreciated.
