Delivery in downtown Dallas with door dash was quick. The food was secured and utensils/ napkins provided. The food that I received was good and the serving size was a lot. I never complain unless I have too. I’m guessing it is better to go in person because I did not receive everything I ordered. My sour cream which they charge guacamole $1.60, and grilled veggies no charge. I guess the meal could have been better but I don’t know since I didn’t get the full meal. Maybe next time. ♂️

Staff was very nice when I picked up my order. It was almost done when I arrived, they were finishing the last item. I did notice the labels seems to get cut off on the left side so I couldn’t read most of the name on each one.

10 outta 10 recommend! The service was absolutely amazing from when you come in to when you leave. James’ friendliness and customer service was truly appreciated. Nick, the manager definitely runs his staff exceptionally well. The food options (including sauces) are top notch. Chipotle has nothing on FreeBirds!

Me and my girlfriend have been to this freebirds twice now and both times were excellent. It is much smaller than most freebirds locations but it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Freebirds is like Chipotle but better.

I came to see what all the hype was about for this place and honestly it didn’t even live up to it, The food was bland and was lacking flavor, the food looks good but doesnt taste like anything, you could also tell that quality of food is subpar to chipotle ( not a huge fan of chipotle they have they’re issues too) but dont get me wrong the staff was nice and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cool and chill.
