This location has redeemed the entire brand for me. I had never seen the appeal until I came to this location. Lo and behold, the staff here actually makes recommendations! This is a real treat in the age of post-customer service, and it made a fan out of me. The meat was flavorfully seasoned and tenderly cooked, so it didn’t have that disappointing homemade tasting blandness I’ve experienced at other locations that tastes like taco night in the home of a white family. All in all, great food and great service!

Food had a great flavor and was well presented. I ordered a make your own bowl. Had no issues at all would definitely order from here again. Pleasant experience from here, usually there are issues when you order delivery, but not from here, top notch! Thanks Freebirds for the great experience.

Delivery in downtown Dallas with door dash was quick. The food was secured and utensils/ napkins provided. The food that I received was good and the serving size was a lot. I never complain unless I have too. I’m guessing it is better to go in person because I did not receive everything I ordered. My sour cream which they charge guacamole $1.60, and grilled veggies no charge. I guess the meal could have been better but I don’t know since I didn’t get the full meal. Maybe next time. ♂️

10 outta 10 recommend! The service was absolutely amazing from when you come in to when you leave. James’ friendliness and customer service was truly appreciated. Nick, the manager definitely runs his staff exceptionally well. The food options (including sauces) are top notch. Chipotle has nothing on FreeBirds!
