These are the best birria tacos I have ever had. I can’t wait to bring my sisters back with me. I found this place through TikTok. The girl helping me was so nice, even covered my plate of food with foil. It stayed safe on the car ride. I think the foil should replace the plastic cover altogether because of how warm my food stayed for a 10 minute drive

I had an incredible experience here today that totally saved my lunch! I made a mistake and placed an online order without realizing it was for the Redlands location instead of the Riverside Food Lab spot.
When I arrived, the cashier kindly explained that this location doesn’t actually have online ordering yet, it’s only at Redlands. I was fully prepared to just bite the bullet, reorder, and pay a second time because the mistake was 100% on me.
However, the girl at the register went out of her way to talk to the team in the back. Instead of making me pay again, they agreed to make my order right then and there! I was so grateful and honestly shocked by the level of service. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to be helpful and kind.
The food is always great, but this kind of service is extraordinary. I’ll definitely be coming back (and double-checking my location next time!). Huge thank you to the team for being so accommodating!

I tried the Birria Grilled cheese and it was a very delicious meal. The onion, meat, cheese and cilantro was a perfect combination. The 3 sauces provided were a good compliment, with the green pepper sauce being a standout. However, the portions are slightly small for the price, but it is worth for the flavor. Would recommend

Tried the birria tacos from Fred’s Red Tacos and left disappointed. It wasn’t just that they ran out of cheese—an hour before opening, seriously?—but the tacos themselves were a soggy mess. The consomé was bland and to make up for the missing cheese, they gave us a side of cheese sauce meant for chips lol Overall, it just didn’t hit the mark. Definitely not worth it.

This was my first time coming here, and I ordered the carne asada fries. The portion size was fair, but I didn’t even get to finish or take more than three bites of my food. It was extremely salty and inedible. Very disappointing — I hadn’t eaten all day and was hoping to enjoy a good dinner.
