Very true! Old school burgers! No frills or special B.S.! Just an awesome burger. My son rated it a 9.1, as I rated it an 8.9! Two monster scores.
Everyone was friendly from the customers to the people behind the bar. Ask for the homemade/fresh cut fries extra crispy. There awesome! We’ll be back.

I came in from Illinois to catch up with some friends and we had an early dinner at Fred’s. What a nice old school place, very friendly folks and clearly a staple in the town. The homemade fries were excellent as was the burger for very reasonable prices! Wish I had a place like this back home.

First time eating lunch here and wow its really good and juicy burger. Their fries and chips are so good as well. O ordered the patty melt and its one of the best I ever had. The restaurant itself is very welcoming and clean. The crew are very nice as well. Will definitely comeback again.

I have to say, the sear on the hamburger bun was A++. Really great burger, also had the amazing parmesan fries with garlic. Would recommend stopping if you’re in the area.

Had Fred’s 1/2 lb burger. My freind had the Cajun burger. Both were good, but I would not say it’s the world’s best. My friend said there was not much Cajun spice on his burger. Parmesan fries were good. Boneless wings with Cajun were OK. Beers were good but how can you screw that up. It was quite a drive for us so we’ll probably not come back.

Their burgers really are next level. We visited on Sunday after Thanksgiving with our young children. We sat in bar area to watch some football. Overall great staff, fresh food and great vibe. We had a great time and loved the food. The cheese fries, soup, motzarella sticks, burgers…all were really good. It’s nice the prices aren’t through the roof either. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

Bacon Jam burger was amazing. Sweet potato fries are worth upgrading. Make sure you go order at the bar. If it is busy you’ll make to stake a table yourself.
