Frederick’s is a standard cafe with a large, varied menu. The food is decent — filling and satisfying, but average. It’s a pleasant atmosphere and just the kind of cafe you’d expect in a small town. Service was adequate, though it waitress want particularly friendly and was in a hurry to finish her shift. I’d definitely try again because there are so many things to try, I’ll bet there are some good meals to be had.

A lovely place to eat. Charming and cosy. The staff are super friendly. The portions are generous. The food tastes good. Ample parking outside. I recommend visiting this place when you need a relaxing meal in the area. They accept all manners of credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Ordered a pizza and chicken wings. The pizza was OK. I wasn’t crazy about the crust, it was a bit doughy. I was told they had the best wings but I wasn’t impressed with them.

Ive been getting pizza here since I was born 21 years ago. They are by far the best pizza on the planet; and I have never gone anywhere and not said I wanted fredericks, or recommended it just because I feel like talking about you guys. 10/10 pizza and 10/10 people. The dining experience is very comfy and warm. As a kid they would give me a ball of their dough to play with as I waited for my meal, and to this day I still have my birthday dinners there with my family. This place is a light in my life and if they were ever struggling I would pull anything and everything out of myself to support them!

*Update* Still an amazing place to eat. A trip to Caribou is not complete without stopping at Fredricks. Awesome staff, awesome home cooked food. Look forward to eating there every time I am up that way. The cheesecake is big enough for two people and absolutely phenomenal.

Waited over half an hour for our order, I got spaghetti without meatballs & sauce due to GERD, only took one tbite and knew the pasta wa old. Had some fries from my family’s plates, tasted old as well. Only redeeming quality are the buns they bring you for an appetizer and the garlic bread, but barely.
Used to eat here a lot as a kid growing up, sad to see how bad it’s gotten.

We got take out. Food was pretty good. Sitting looked a little cluttered. There were 3 women running around like their heads were cut off while there was 3 guys standing behind a curtain doing nothing. Don’t look for the game to be on here. Just soap operas.

Got the teriyaki chicken sandwich with fries for lunch and it was delicious. Fast and friendly service from our server. It’s got a cute homey atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re back in your hometown.

This is a great diner! The food was good, maybe not spectacular but a great place to stop in for a bite! The service was amazing!! The portions were HUGE!! Just an overall great place to stop in if traveling and needing a bite to eat! We were on a northern road trip as visitors to Maine and chose this place due to reviews. We were not disappointed at all!!!
