Mini tacos are superb and are a great price. Service can be kinda back and forth since they are remodeling so they aren’t fully staffed? The waitress is very nice though. Atmosphere is a little strange since they are in a temporary location.

Amazing food and good service, but please clean.
We have been twice now and tried multiple tacos, burritos, huaraches, and salsas. Everything was delicious. The $4 tacos are maybe the size of 2-3 street tacos. The bigger burritos are 2 servings. The prices keep increasing, though, so I’m not sure how much longer we can afford to eat here.
The employees I’ve talked with have all been friendly and helpful.
My only problems are all the flies inside the restaurant, the sticky menus with food on them, sticky floors, and dirty bathrooms.

I ordered the quesabirrias with rice and beans with a side of green salsa and a horchata. The food was delicious and very filling. The horchata was ok, but I have had better. The sevice was on point and I will be visiting again.

Super good! The salsas were damn delicious! Can’t remember what the entree was called but it was for either 2 or 4 people on the back of the menu, the steak and chicken was tender and juicy. The tortillas seemed housemade too. Our kids got cheese enchiladas which they enjoyed. I’m so happy to have found this place! Added a picture so you can see how yummy our meal looked!

Do not sleep on Freddy’s Kitchen. In my personal opinion this is not only the BEST Latin food in the valley, but one of the best restaurants overall. My heart (and tummy) were so full today. My server was so kind & generous, everyone who wasn’t assigned to my table was also checking in on me. I know they were likely bomb rushed today since it’s located next to the mall in Black Friday, but their wonderful service was unwavering.
I had the trio fajitas, with Freddy’s amazing corn tortillas and it was so freakin fresh and delicious.

Th best Mexican restaurant I’ve been too since visiting Mexico, if I could rate this a 10 I would. The service was absolutely amazing and the food was so flavorful. We ordered the “Freddy’s Parrillada” for 4 people and it was bomb! I’m definitely coming here with my family & friends to enjoy try authentic Mexican flavors.

Stopped by the food truck in Cashmere to give the place a test drive. I wanted to get a sense of the place so I ordered a pizza, fettuccine, birra tacos and an enchilada. It was $90 worth of food. I had one slice of undercooked pizza, started on a Birra taco and bit into hairs. I tried to fight through the gag reflex but couldn’t and ended up tossing the food. I asked for a refund and was offered a refund on the tacos only. Won’t go back.

Two visits so far because we really love the tacos! The quesobirra, carnitas and bacon shrimp tacos are all excellent. Delicious homemade tortillas for everything. Both red & green salas are great as well. We did not love the chile rellenos (chile was undercooked and crunchy and cheese inside still cold) but those tacos are so good we will keep coming back to try new things.
