$14.00 for a burger and fries . Should include dessert. For the price they should bring the food to the table. Unlimited drinks is excellent. The burger never looks like the picture. Im going back for the custard.

It has been years since we have been to this place. The concretes tasted amazing, just a bit watery. I put them in the freezer for a bit to harden them up. We ordered the original burgers, which were very good. Everything has gone up in price. Two burgers, two mini concretes, and one tater tots will now set you back $37.00.

This is the first time I have been to a Freddy’s. The ambiance and food reminded me of In & Out Burger. The restaurant is decorated super cute with a lot of red. There are a lot of photos on the walls featuring the founder of Freddy’s, which adds to the fun vibe. Customers order their food at the counter. The food was very good with reasonable prices. We all know Freddy’s food, it’s good, fast. At this location Iwe had a wonderful customer service experience. Giselle was professional, and pleasant, and sweet. Such a refreshing change in customer experience in today’s world…especially the weekend before Christmas! Great job!

Lady taking my order is polite and accurate that even got my no ice for my soda. My order@9pm with my primerib burger was so greasy I could only stomach half of it and couldn’t even eat a bite of my cheese curds. I only got extra mushrooms so I’m unsure how it’s so greasy. The sewage smell should have been the warning signs. This was first visit and most likely be my last.

The staff who served me, Isabella, was super friendly and excellent in her customer service. I was using my veterans Day coupons and during ordering, she’s repeatedly thanks me for my service to the country. Orders arrived fast and accurate. The restaurant was very clean and even the restroom was super clean. The location was awesome, just off I10. Last but not least, the food tasted wonderful. Will definitely visit again.

Visited at about 6:15pm on 11/29/25. The smell right when you walk in was horrible, the two people I was with decided not to order anything because it was so off-putting. I ordered and let the cashier know, and she responded as if she didn’t care, and I didn’t notice anyone doing anything about it. I walked in to the bathroom to see if that was maybe the smell, and there was a lady in there who also noted how bad it smelled outside and that she thought it was the mens bathroom. I mean come on, it smelled absolutely horrible inside, and food is being served. One star.
