They passed my order and I went to the counter and asked them where my order is. The lady at the counter said it was not her fault…. I guess it was my fault for not keeping track for them. Hahaha. I would give them zero stars but it was not allowed…

Took the grandkids so they could have a meal and play in the play area. Doors were locked. Supposedly to work on the leaky roof. No work was being done but doors were locked anyways. Daughter in law told me its been that way for a while, wanted ice cream cone after eating but was told they had no ice cream…so asked for chocolate chip cookies but was told the manager hadn’t made any. Granddaughter needed the restroom, but there was no toilet paper.This place is a joke!

Too expensive for burgers anyway and we were overcharged for an extra drink we didn’t order, which I’m sure was an honest mistake, but I wouldn’t stop here again. You get charged the same for a cup of water as for a value fountain drink. Floor was sticky.

We had our usual Big Fish and fries. To go. Walked out to the car to eat. Sandwich and fries not cold but not hot either. I saw the counter man scoop the fries and they sat for 5 minutes while the sandwiches were prepared. Then the sandwiches sat until a counter person came by and I asked for my order. I was the only customer in the place. C’mon.
