This was my first time trying Freddy’s and it will probably be my last. I went through the drive-thru and the experience was terrible from start to finish. I was charged for the wrong order and given drinks that weren’t even mine. When I finally got my food, the burger was missing the toppings it was supposed to have — and worse, I found a hair fried into the meat. They gave me a replacement, but even that wasn’t what I had ordered. Overall, extremely disappointing and unsanitary. Highly dissatisfied and I don’t see myself coming back. (I tried taking the hair out but it broke off probably because it was cooked in, that’s what you see on the bun toward the middle)

first time at freddie’s and their menu looked good online so i have it a try. Went through the drive though because I wanted a cheeseburger. There was no one in the drive through or in the restaurant. I waited approximately 15 minutes for my food at the window after I had paid. I drove home to enjoy a delicious cheeseburger after a long day and was very disappointed when I opened the box. I discovered a unappetizing, unappealing, cold smushed bun/burger. The beef of the burger is dry, brittle, flakey, and burnt. The underside of the beef patty looks as if they took one patty and cut it in two. It’s slimy, soggy, and the cheese looks like plastic. The pickles are indescribably gross. I don’t think I would even feed this to my doggo. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend 🙁

We stopped in for dinner on Saturday, October 25th at around 6:30-7:00. The burgers were good, and we loved the onion rings. And the ice cream afterwards was such a treat! So, yes, I’m giving a good review on the food. But what I really came here to say is that Jared, who took our order, was delightful! So polite and helpful, and he actually made ordering our food fun. Is it fun ordering food? I never thought so before, but Jared made it fun! Good job, Jared! And we loved the music – all the oldies from back in our era!

My wife and I came in at 10:45 AM. We were the first ones in and the only ones that were there for the entire meal. There were also no drive-up customers. We placed our order and very shortly thereafter we received our burgers. I looked at them and they didn’t look normal to me as we are regular customers. Instead of being brown and crispy around the edges, the entire burger was light gray. It was either on a warm grill or not left on long enough. They had a consistency that was rubbery because they weren’t done. We had eaten almost half of our burgers before the two malts that we ordered were done. Even though there were no other customers in there, the person that made the malts went on the overhead and told us that our malts were ready rather than walking 10 feet to our table and given them to us. It seems that they need more training to me.

For what you pay here, you should get buns without mold. Ugh. Luckily I flipped my chicken sandwich over (halfway through eating) and saw it. UN luckily, I ate some, and ended up with a migraine and sinus infection among other things. I have a mold allergy so luckily when I saw it I tossed the food and took some meds

How does one order a Grilled Chicken Club sandwich (that comes with grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and a bun). I ordered my sandwich with no bun or lettuce and added pickles. How does this translat to grilled chicken with mayo and pickles only which is what I received.

We came through 09/27 at 9:40-9:45pm. I also came through earlier week. Last time I was here there was plastic in my shake. We came through again tonight and got shakes and a fry again. The girl in the drive through was rude right off the bat. She practically threw our drinks and food at us. The shake cups were covered in the shake so it was dripping down our arms. When we asked for napkins, she said, “we’re in a rush.” There were only 3 cars in line (including us) and zero people in the lobby. When we started to eat our fries after leaving, we discovered they were cold and had zero seasoning. No salt, nothing. We came back through to get fries with seasoning on it and we had to deal with the same girl. She was especially rude the second time through. She was huffing at us and rolling her eyes. She seemed very annoyed that we had the audacity to ask for what we ordered. The fries we got the second time tasted awful. There was something very off and there was only seasoning sprinkled on the top. Both fries were not full btw. We received them as pictured (2 fries total eaten from each). I am appalled at her behavior. Maybe she’s best suited in a position away from customers.

I normally don’t give fast food places anything over a 3 ⭐️ However, today this Freddy’s nailed it! It was the best burger I have ever had at this chain. Juicy, yet, seared properly and to perfection. Fries crisp and hot. Strawberry malt that tasted like it was made at a soda shop in the 50’s. I get it, yes, it’s fast food, however, nothing says it can’t be made well and taste good. Great job crew!

The burgers are peculiar looking but still delicious, the custard is also great, and the atmosphere is very retro. It’s also usually not too busy so it’s pretty calm save for the music which is just a bit too loud.
