My family is from out of town and we were in Denver for the NWSS 2026. We had stopped in for lunch before going, My daughter accidentally left her phone, Without hesitation, Haley, the manager of this store sent us the Phone via mail. Not only was their service, outstanding and their food amazing. It was very clean and the people there are very trustworthy. It brings me hope that there are still great people in this world thank you Haley very much. What an outstanding crew this restaurant has. Saturday January 17 at 11 AM whoever was working thank you!!

I went for the second time to enjoy the prime rib burger because of the mushrooms. The first one I had was very good this last one was just pure salt. For as expensive as their smashed burgers are they should be perfect every time. I’m not a fan of the smashburger but the mushrooms and prime rib really made it taste good. NOT today though. ↔️

Love their food, however every time we go at night we’re in the line for 30 minutes and mostly only order the concretes so by the time we get to the window they are melting (mind you, you pay extra for them to be solid) happened about 3 times only at night. I can’t speak for day time service. They also never provided any solution for not scanning the app.

Food was Fantastic,the atmosphere was relaxing the person on register did not know how to count money back please train your register people! Cooking area floors and countertops where a mess, still the food came out hot and cooked and my wife and I enjoyed the food fixing these few things and I will adjust to 5 stars.

Burgers are a little salty, but cooked to order and always hot. Got my receipt and it had a senior discount on there. First time this has happened to me and I’m in my low 50’s, so while the discount was nice, the ego was bruised.

After placing an online order, I was met with a disappointing drop in quality from what’s usually one of the last fast-food joints I still respect. This incident has definitely knocked them down a peg in my book. The so-called “onion rings” turned out to be nothing more than a solid, fried lump for both of our orders. It’s clear this issue points to a lack of quality oversight and a diminished pride in their service.

I’m starting to believe nobody here cares to do anything the right way. I work up the street from here, I tend to come here for lunch. They’ve messed up my orders on multiple occasions. They also messed up on my wife’s orders too. Every time I turn around I have to complain about their employees not doing something right. It’s irritating. How do I order a jalapeño burger tell them to put pickles and jalapeños on it and it doesn’t comes with anything I asked? They just hear what they want I guess.
