This place is exceptional from the service to the food. The manager (Jim) has been so gracious to work with the homeschool community and has a heart for people. He was so kind on the phone and in person. The lady who served us food was so sweet and cheerful. These are the places I desire to keep visiting because the people behind the scenes are genuine and care. Such gracious people. How I wish all places you visited made you feel so welcome. Waited 30 min plus! For my to go order after it said it was ready. Safe to say I’m never going to another Freddy’s location ! What a joke! How can the drive thru get completely thru x 2 but my order I put in almost a hour before them can’t be completed? Isn’t that the whole point to order online?

The person at the window with colorful nails first off was very short and just said “here” and when asking for condiments had an attitude. Then I open my burger and that’s what I get for a 20.00 meal? Never again. I’d go McDonald’s before I come back here. My advice go across the lot and get a burger from Buffalo Wild Wings cause the quality and service is very poor at this location not to mention I was the only car in the drive thru so can’t blame it on a rush.

Very good! I ordered one of their shakes and i had their vanilla one and it was ok not my favorite.. personally I recommend getting their single steak combo with a sprite and some of their Freddy fries! But other then that It was fantastic!

Dude working in the drive thru needs to be re-trained better, double charged my card, and then walked away with it to give to another employee whom I assume was a manager but not likely since they didnt know what they were doing either. When confronted they tried to call me a liar till I told them I had proof.

So the food is really really good, the patties are thin you need a double to have a regular one but I do love Freddy’s the quantity is not there. Here’s a picture of it looking half gone. That’s how it came to me… Can you tell what was ordered? One was cheese curds the other one was tater tots…. all they need to do is fill up the container.

I stopped through the drive through on 9/9/25 at 11:40am. At 2st the line was real slow, bummer! When I reached the window I asked for a cup of jalapeños and some ketchup. This was after I had paid and the receipt machine was acting up. Regardless the guy at the window lady took my requests and gave good customer service under the circumstances
