I don’t know what the other poor reviews are on about, honestly. This one of the most efficient and cleanest burger joints around the south Metro area.
I’ve been here a handful of times and I have never had a disappointing experience. Kyle, whom I typically see here quite often, is often chatting with patrons and making sure orders are fulfilled, satisfying, and meeting expectations of what they are getting. I have not run into any issues and they promptly address issues so long as you make sure that issue is known with the staff. Good establishment ran well by very caring employees. Come give them a try! These burgers are absolutely delicious!! I’ll be back.

I’ve gone to other Freddys and I’ve received better service. This one is on my way home. Twice now I’ve order the double bacon burger. Both times my burger is smashed and no bacon. I’m paying $19 for this?
I pulled up and the lady tells me, we are understaffed, extremely busy and someone will be with me shortly. There was no one inside at 9:30pm and I was the only car in line…. How are you extremely busy.
I understand the understaff there was no one there.
You need to do better. You need to hire people or reduce your hours until you can properly take care of your associates and customers.

Wanted to give a shout out to these folks. We had food delivered and our food was missing some of the items that we had ordered and the delivery person delivered it to the wrong apartment. Called in to make a complaint about the missing food and they were super busy at the time and asked that we call back. I had forgotten about that and the manager called me back and proceeded to give us a full refund and you could hear how busy they were in the background. Truly appreciate this type of customer service. It was top notch. Thank you so much!!

I have never been to a worse Freddy’s. I had the rudest encounter with a young lady named Delilah I believe. She was the most disrespectful fast-food worker I have ever met. I am beyond disappointed, and I will not be returning because of this encounter.

The fact I had to take time out of my day to come to google and make a review in the first place is baffling. Upon entering I failed to see a table in the store where there wasn’t garbage or stains scattered across it, including beneath the tables and the lobby floors. I had visited this location previously where I had a similar problem with the fries being completely unseasoned so this time I made sure to ask that they were seasoned. Not only did my meal of two items take fifteen minutes but when I arrived home less than three minutes later the fries were cold and unseasoned, the bacon on my burger was uncooked and an exploded packet of fry sauce was resting at the top of it all. I have had friends who have visited and experienced the same problems but the thing that annoys me most is the service. Your “manager” Jose is consistently screaming at his employees, blasting music (which almost always includes those with profanities) in the back and clearly expresses how much he dislikes his job with his disrespectful tone and lousy effort. Besides the lack of effort he has for his job he seems to love encouraging his employees to follow in his footsteps. On multiple occasions of driving by I have seen him and his teenage employees sharing pot and cigarettes. I hate that I have turned this review into a critique of this employee but it seems most of your locations awful service revolves around this idiot. I will obviously not be returning but I pray you at least try to improve.

Horrible experience. Forgot one single shake. Obviously understaffed and undertrained. The whole staff needs to be reworked and restrained because it was ridiculous. I would never go back to this place. NEVER GO HERE

Asked for ketchup on the side for fries didn’t get it and they put a WHOLE SLICE of onion on my burger like stop being lazy separate yalls onion sliver after you slice it or if if comes pre sliced ya open the bag and separate them a little before binning the onions I usually don’t care but this is the second burger I’ve gotten like this WAAAAY TOO MUCH ONION sorry you either get 1 or 5 stars from me ill give this place one more go and if it improves I’ll change to 5 stars…… here’s a suggestion to the owner fire all the high school kids that you entrusted your buisness to hire some adults that know the ins and outs of the food buisness and know what they are doing here’s the kicker though your gonna have to pay them a liveable wage wooooah what a concept good luck!
