Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a place we’ve visited a few times, and overall, I’m a fan. The food consistently comes out fast, and the service is friendly, which always makes for a good experience. If you’re craving that classic Freddy’s-style steakburger and custard, this location definitely delivers. The burgers are delicious.
My only complaint is related to special orders. My daughter is lactose intolerant, and I’ve asked multiple times for her hamburger to be made without cheese. It hasn’t happened every visit, but there have been a few occasions where cheese was accidentally added. Because of that, I find myself repeating the request several times just to be safe.
I do wish there was a little more consistency with special order requests, but overall, I still enjoy Freddy’s and will continue coming back.

I wasn’t very impressed with the gentlemen that took my order; He was pretty dismissive. The chili cheese Fry’s i ordered where fresh and tasty. The shake I ordered was completly wrong. I ordered extra Oreos and I got a cup of ice cream… I went inside and CeCe (or CC?) remade my shake and was incredibly professional! She deserves raise!!

We order two burgers and both clearly say no onion. Both came with onions. One was completely wrong. Hard to patronize a business that specializes in hamburgers that can’t get the orders correct. I asked them to remake them. The guy who seemed to be in charge handled one of the burgers and let me know it was what I ordered.

Love the vanilla custard and milkshakes from Freddy’s. I usually prefer ice cream and I’ve tried some other custard chains but this is the only one I like. The grilled chicken club sandwich really hits the spot and fills you up!

I tried giving this place so many chances in the hopes that it would get better and it simply has not. Multiple times have I not been given the dipping sauce that I ordered with my meal that asks what dipping sauce I would like. This has happened when I have gone through the drive thru as well. Unless you specifically ask them for the dipping sauce you want, they won’t give it to you. There has been multiple times I don’t receive my beverage that I order with my meal, but I almost always receive the custards I order. I understand it’s a frozen custard & steak burger restaurant, but is it really that difficult to include my beverage or give me the dipping sauce I order? Not only that, but I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal and I get a regular chicken sandwich. I’ve worked fast food before, regardless if it’s busy or not they make it as simplistic as possible for you to work in a fast food joint. They want efficiency and still can’t get that when the screen states exactly what the customer ordered. Just baffles me. Don’t recommend coming here until something is changed.
