My apologies to @Freddy’s. I didn’t think I submitted the review yet. I usually always write something. So let me clarify. This place was very clean (although it is still new) and the staff was very welcoming and even checked up on me after I got my food. I loved the burger. It tasted really good. BUT THE FRIES! They were so little. This is the only reason why they got 4 stars in the food category. I was expecting steak fries with steak burgers. Or at least a thicker style of fry. I also got the oreo shake and finished it in about 5 mins. It was soo good. My date got a vanilla with brownie. Also very good. I recommend their burgers 1000%. But next time I go, I’ll pick up fries from somewhere else first.

Well this is our first time eating at this Freddy’s it started ok with our ordering bu5 then we got our food and got grilled onions when we asked for none the i believe manager apologized and redid our order my girl was hungry but didn’t notice that the meat was raw we got the refund but this was not the experience we were hoping for. Well be back and give then another try

First time eating here, probably last. It was just a simple order. I ordered an original burger with lettuce and extra onion, upgraded to onion rings. It was on the drive through so I wasn’t going to go back. In short, no lettuce no extra onion, the onion rings were just ok. The taste overall was fine but could use a little help.

I asked for no ketchup. Add lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli. And they gave it to me like this. With ketchup and none of the other condiments I ordered it with. First time trying this and quite possibly the last unfortunately.

The food was good and reasonably priced but the reason my family will be returning is because of the staff we encountered tonight. It was our first time trying Freddy’s so it took us a little longer to order but the customer service from the time we walked in to the moment we left was amazing. We had a slight issue (our fault) but the young lady Navae and her coworkers were fast to assist and showed excellent customer service.

So happy they finally opened a Freddy’s by base. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. It’s very clean and the employees are very attentive. It’s giving chic fila lol they kept coming around and asking us if we were doing okay and they even gave us free ice cream sandwhiches!
