Great restaurant with the nostalgia look and simple decor. The service was excellent, young workers offering any additional help, very polite and friendly. The food was good and to standards of other Freddy’s restaurant. Love the thin fries sprinkled with their seasoning. Their burgers were good. And their featured Frost flavors were very tasty!

First time going to this location. My kids and I picked up food via drive-thru. The young lady who took our order was beyond nice and had a great attitude. The young man who charged us was friendly as well as the young lady who handed us our order. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious.

First time customer and wasn’t disappointed. The meat there felt and tasted very authentic and not frozen, which is a nice change. The employees kept offering to make my experience a pleasant one and they are very deserving of a raise because I felt like I mattered. I’m definitely coming back for a little bit or lot more.

We had a coupon issue and the manager was very nice and fixed it…we tried to use a coupon for our free custard along with our VA discount…we will choose one or the other next time, but he was super nice to honor both…the female cashier was also very nice and patient. This is a new location and may need to get a little more experience. Overall, the food was average, nice addition of tator tots for upcharge. Very clean, well staffed and employees were nice and upbeat. I would like to see all the condiments, straws, spoons, forks to be together. I tried the Double burger.

Came in to try new location. Was attended right away by Melora who made recommendations on what we could order. Had the patty melt with upgraded chilli cheese fries. Excellent food and service will definitely come back.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Freddy’s until today. Unfortunately, this visit really missed the mark on customer service.
The cashier accidentally charged me an extra $6. When she called the manager over to fix it, he asked what happened. As she tried to explain, he abruptly dismissed her. He then asked me to explain the situation, which I did… repeating exactly what she had already said.
While trying to resolve the issue, the manager never made eye contact and came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen, and I don’t mind a billing error, but how it’s handled matters. As a manager, a more respectful and professional approach should be expected, both toward customers and employees.
The food itself was good, but the service was poor enough that I wouldn’t return to this location again.
