My family and I usually really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately tonight was an exception customer service was inadequate. I first was helped by Michael and he seemed bothered by having to take my order then Angel came in the middle of my transaction and took over and she also was unpleasant and rude. Everyone just seemed to be unwilling to be nice or just even just welcoming.

I finally got around to trying Freddy’s. What a downer! The burger was awful. All I could taste was the mustard and pickles. The “steak” had no flavor and the bacon was non-existent. The fries were a joke. They looked like toothpicks. They were also too salty. The “regular” milkshake was laughable. It’s a small everywhere else. Also the milkshake was just soft serve ice cream in a cup. The chicken strips were not bad; they tasted like the ones from Whataburger. The only good thing about this place was the service.

Drinks had more carbonation than syrup mix. That was on every flavor. I asked different people. The cheese curds didn’t taste good. Tastes like old oil. Burger was at least decent. I mentioned to one of the employees about the ketchup being out and the drink tasting for me. He was a little rude on responding. Least it was nice and cold inside.

Requested my sandwich plain and Dry only Swiss cheese
Got it with vegetables went back to request a new one , the guy picked it up took it to the prep table scrapped it off and simply added more cheese to it leaving behind lettuce
