The hamburgers tasted like they were homemade—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their customers.

Usually great food when you receive everything. They have also claimed to be out of custard multiple times despite it being in the restaurant name.
We have ordered delivery from here several times and have consistently not received drinks. Mainly because they let anyone pickup food without checking in with the staff. Delivery orders should be safe behind the counter. Twice we have received no drinks, and one time we received the wrong drinks and did not receive our food. Called the store and the manager was very nice and let us know the food was still sitting on the counter. We got full refunds from DoorDash but we don’t want refunds, we just want what we ordered. Please review your pickup processes and fix this.

I bet the hip hop kids working the grill and counters loathe the old school tunes / I like – had the double double decent burger, great tater tots – call me a stickler for food presentation even a place like this is important – crushed bun slopped on sideways is a fail..

Very crowded and loud on a Friday evening. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. We had fries and ice cream and they were fine. Fries were crispy but very salty and the ice cream was small for the price and didn’t feel remarkable in any way. The grandkids decided they were glad they tried it and can cross it off their list.

Was going through the drivethru and I just felt rushed the entire time. The tots had flavor, but overseasoned causing it to be salty. The burger and chicken sandwich were a joke – so bland. The milkshake was also filled halfway.

Save your time and money and just go to 5-guys or Whataburger. Food tasted bland and staff is in rush, whenever you’re placing your order. The layout needs to be changed, as there’s not a lot of room to navigate once almost full.

The location has good people with great attitudes. The restaurant was a bit dirty. The lobby had 2 customers and there were 4 employees behind the counter that could have been tending to the lobby. The food was good, a little bit salty but overall decent.

We were craving a burger and decided to try Freddy’s — what a disappointment!
First, we got stuck in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes just to reach the first window. When we finally ordered, we were told they were out of fries. We had to substitute onion rings and cheese curds — and were still charged extra, even though it was their shortage.
At the first window, they handed us our drinks and said, “Thanks, have a nice night,” — confusing, since we hadn’t ever been here before.
After nearly an hour in the drive-thru, we made it to the second window, only to get a bag drenched in grease, with tots scattered everywhere except inside their containers.
To top it off, because of the way the parking lot is set up, we were stuck in line even after getting our food, with the drive-thru completely wrapped around the building. Once home I put all the fries back in their containers and they scrimped us pretty bad.
Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

It was all very good, but I’ll hit 4 star for the food for now because the burger was way too salty. Hopefully that’ll be lightened up in the next few months of being open. But it’s definitely a great place to eat otherwise.
