Second time here in a month. Definitely not my favorite Freddy’s. Last visit the staff was doing all their closing duties one hour before closing. We stood forever waiting to have our orders taken. Then the hamburgers were just regular burgers….no smashy smashy and had a weird taste. Disappointed. This time the staff was nice..but we went to sit down and every single booth table was dirty. We were the only customers in there) No food or bags but never wiped down…greasy. We asked for a rag…but then found one that was the least greasy and sat. Our food delivered on this sopping wet tray(pictured) they were out of diet pepsi. And ya gotta love the napkins (pictured) bathroom roll paper towels. Come on management. You can do better. We love Freddy ‘s. Don’t let

We waited about 30 minutes in the drive through while it was raining outside, we ordered 2 simple meals. They didn’t have curds, so we ordered cheese fries instead but got almost no cheese. After 30 minutes, the fries are cold, the burgers are dry and taste like grease.
This was 27 dollars for 2 meals lol.. I mean, for that kind of money you expect just a bit more. We are disappointed. The quality used to be better here.

Best burger restaurant in town. You can spend more at other places and get a less way less burger. They are always hot and fresh! Occasionally the bigger might be slightly over seasoned. It doesn’t bother me, but my wife has said something. The fries and amazing thin show string type, crunchy and seasoned to perfection. They also have toys that I live cause they hold so much of that fry sauce, my favorite is the smokey.
I know they are know for Custards but I’ve never tried one. They look great, I’m just not into sweets.
The place is not ever been super busy when I come by, which is crazy to be cause the quality of the burgers. I recommend this to anyone who wants a amazing burger fast! I’m usually using the drive through and they are always super friendly.

We love Freddys so we stopped at this one. The kids cheeseburger didn’t taste like the ones at other Freddy locations. It wasn’t the best. We also ordered a large chili cheese fries and it seemed very small for a large portion. We ordered a large fry before at the location in Sherman, and it was double this. Just a bummer experience for us.

We just went through their drive thru, ordered a lettuce wrapped veggie burger like I have from this location and others before with no issues. This time when I opened the box there were two pieces of lettuce just sitting on top of a broken soggy lukewarm patty. No idea why the patty is broken into pieces like that. Usually they do the patty with sauce, tomato lettuce and onion. This time absolutely nothing with it just a pile of lettuce and soggy broken veggie patty. I don’t trust it so I’m not eating it. Fries also stale :/

We are new to the area. I’ve wanted to stop at Freddy’s for a couple years, but we were always on a mission to get to Dallas and tired of traveling by the time we got to Durant.
Kasondra really made our visit special. She was very welcoming! She advised on our entrees, and again when we returned to the counter to order dessert!
We each ordered a bacon bbq burger. I was impressed with the size of the burgers. All of the food was good.
I enjoyed reading the Freddy trivia posted around the restaurant.
We each ended up getting a sundae for dessert. They didn’t disappoint us! The custard was good and fresh. We watched them capture it right out of the machine.
The restaurant is easy to see from the road and easy to drive to.
I feel like Freddy’s should have a sign on the interstate signs so people know an option.

I think they’re dipping the frozen custard out of the catch buckets. Dirty dining room with no clean tables. Dirty fountain drink area. No ketchup in both dispensers. Not busy but customers waiting to give orders, plenty of employees. Photos and video. My first impression of this chain.

Don’t go here unless you want to wait at least 20 mins even when the place is empty. Stopped by here on the way home after a long day to grab a quick dinner. I almost drove off waiting for the 1 other car in the drive thru in front of me to get their food. Finally got to the window and sat there at least another 5 mins after watching another employee bring my food over to the counter. I almost left while at the window waiting for 1 of the 2 employees standing there to let me pay and hand me my bag. My kid told me we should have just gone to the Applebee’s next door because it would have been faster. I rarely go there because its like this every time. I only stopped because I go right past it on my way home.
