I went through the drive-through to get a baked double cheeseburger, large fry and a large starry. I went up to. I told him light ice. I went up to the window to get my stuff and the drink was full of ice already the top I asked them could you please take some of this ice out? She took two pieces of ice out. It was totally ridiculous. I don’t know how these people get these jobs when the drive-through is one of the most important spots in the fast food industry so she gave it back to me and I said you it’s still full of ice and she looked at me with a dumb look on her face. Her name was MAIA. My order number was 343. I was there at 1:41 05 my order ID is AAAS5NFAAGA3 1 15, 2026 cost me $12.92. I never received my drink back so I am doing this review to tell you that the customer service to the drive-through is awful. My burger was awful. My fries were cold so I don’t think I would go back to this again never

Ordered through the drive thru….it was a 22 min wait to get to the window where they told me my total would be. Gave my card for the total…it was not my complete order. Upon waiting another 19 mins I received my additional order, and paid for it while everything else is ordered was got cold. Maybe go back to repeating the order with total at the drive thru verse no total until window amd incomplete order.

Ordered pick up for dinner and was very disappointed. It was our first time dining at freddies and was totally let down. Didn’t receive our tater tots. The cheese curds were soaking wet and inedible. And to top it off the fries were cold and had to be old. Our entrees were good ( 2 freddies doubles and chicken strips) and the ice creams were good even though they were out of the vanilla sandwiches. Maybe dining in is where the good reviews come from but 45 for what we got would have been worth it if the sides were edible. I do like the burgers though.

Waited a goos 20 minutes in the drive through. The car infrastructure of was waiting when we pulled up. Fries were hot, prime rib sandwich was disappointing. Lots of employees inside but not seemed a bit unorganized.

Freddy’s is just a really good hamburger. I’d put it up there against In and Out and Whataburger. I know I’m in Oklahoma so I’m not going to through Braums in there but Freddy’s is a great burger spot. It’s decently priced and has many options. Just go grab a burger and if you’re feeling frisky maybe a custard too. Delicious

Was so disheartened to hear the stopped offering pup cups. Was a big reason why we didn’t go to Braums. Life’s already tough enough, a small cup of whipped cream for your customers dogs goes a long way.

Midwest city ok drive thru 11/11/25 appx 645 pm usually good experience. Order taker was very rude, kept interrupting while trying to place order. Was very short and sort of demanding very poor attitude. Waited longer than usual, then order incomplete had to pull forward and wait additional 10 plus minutes. Other food got cold.

Ordered a medium signature Turtle sundae. Container only halfway full. Plus, only a spoonful of chocolate fudge at the very bottom. Next time I’m going to Sonic, they don’t short the blast I like. More money and less product at Freddie’s.
