I had lunch at Freddy’s Steakburgers for the first time today. All the burger choices on the menu seemed large, portion-wise to me, so I asked for a simple cheese burger, fries and chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream. It was $15 and change for all of that–– it would have been cheaper to go to McDonalds. The burger was good, though, better than McDonalds. The skinny fries were nice, a bit salty and the shake was ok. I would eat here again and leave out the shake.

The food was good, not super delicious but good enough to eat, so the price is absolutely not worth it. Also, the chocolate shake, it’s just melted ice cream, the taste is not original, it feels gross. The only great thing were the onion rings, those were 5/5, but still too expensive.

Was served a raw hamburger. When I confronted the manager on staff, granted they were very short handed, I was yelled at across the kitchen “I can remake it or refund you. That’s all I can do.”. Then was later refunded and given a gift card that is only valid at this location.(I live 3 hours away) But why the initial confrontational attitude from the manager!?!? Every other staff member was pleasant to deal with. I really hope I do not get sick from this. (I WAS STARVING AND HAD MINIMAL LIGHT IN MY HOTEL ROOM). Freddy’s needs to do better, this is not right…

My bar for fast food is generally pretty low. Freddy’s lowered that bar and then skated under it with ease. Where is the 0 star button, Google? From the moment I got the wrong drink order I should have known things were going to get worse. There were three cars ahead of me in the drive thru, I still waited almost 20 minutes. When I was given a bag of food I started to leave and realized it wasn’t my order. I had to park. The dining room was almost empty so I expected someone to be ready and willing to help. Nope. I waited again to return the food that wasn’t mine. I then explained to two different people what my order should have been. After several minutes of trying to figure out what was going on, the manager (I think it was a manager) called out that they would drop new fries for me. That was the only time I was acknowledged by the manager. This made the wait even longer. Once the food was finally in the bag, I looked and it seemed right. Of course, there were no napkins, no sauce, no salt on the fries. Time to cut my losses and leave. Then I looked at the burger. It was tiny. 75% of the fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag and they were stone cold. My suspicion is that they misplaced my bag and eventually found it after another 15 minutes of waiting. No hot fries. Do not pass go, do not collect any dignity. What was the price for this nightmare? $16 for one person! So, where is the bar now? Burned to ashes and floating away on the wind. I think I may be Freddied out forever.

I don’t think I like this location. We’ve been a few times and it’s always been ok. We ordered pickup yesterday, and I was beyond disappointed. I’m not sure how, since the patties are so thin, but my burger was under cooked. I ended up not eating it, because most of it was too pink for my liking. Also, we ordered cheese fries, which had maybe a quarters size worth of cheese on them. For the price, I just don’t think we’ll be back.

Love it. This place reminds me of what Steak ‘N’ Shake used to be like and what Sonic Drive-In tries to emulate. The burgers are fantastic with fresh toppings. The shoestring French fries are also absolutely wonderful – try them with cheese sauce! Very nice staff too. Definitely recommend!

Came here on a crazy busy Friday. Had to wait quite some time for our order to be ready. Even some of the employees seemed stressed and overwhelmed by the busyness. Our table was also dirty and sticky.

Went to get food in the drive thru for my kids birthday and the lady on the speaker was extremely rude because she has a comprehension problem. Finally made it to the window and and they forgot my husband drink and she caught an attitude because of their mistake! ( no one told her to work in the food industry!) they gave us the wrong ice creams and we got home and food is a 0 fries are hard and cold and burgers was not good earthier. Workers are very lucky my husband was driving and not me because they would have gotten more than a google review. Also fix the speaker!

One of the best Freddy’s restaurant I have visited.
I stopped going here as my daughter and I had a bad experience with one of your locations in Las Vegas. On Eastern Avenue to be precise.
My Flight crew and I just flew in and it was 9:30 p.m.
We were all quite hungry and Freddy’s was one of the only places open.
There were at least 5 guys manning the place.
Their service was excellent and so was the food.
The restaurant was immaculate and countertops neatly arranged with condiments etc.
As we left, we did see 1 girl cleaning and placing chairs on tables to mop.
