I visited Freddy’s in West Monroe on Sunday, driving over from north Monroe. The front counter employee was very nice and pleasant, even offering a drink while I waited for my pickup order. However, when I got home and plated our burgers, I was disappointed to find that each burger had only a single patty. I called the restaurant twice to report the issue, but was told to hold and no one ever got back to me.a

We often forget that Freddy’s is an option now, but after our experience today we will become regulars at this restaurant, but especially this location!! One of the managers, Caleb, had the best service and the food + ice cream were delicious, hot, & fresh. Definitely give this place a try!

There were few customers. There were half a dozen “empty” tables that were not cleaned properly. None were wiped clean all the way. Several has pieces of the previous meal left. Kind of gross. It made finding a clean spot in there with only 1 other table occupied a bit of a challenge. Manager needs to tighten up. Happily, the food was FANTASTIC!! The fries were cooked perfectly. Our 2 burgers were both fantastic. That party melt is so good with the super caramelized onions. Great job, kitchen!!

We ordered on the mobile app and went straight to pick it up. The food came out right as we walked in. They told us our concretes/shakes were in the freezer. We pulled them out and they were melted – no big deal. But when we told them they were melted, they argued with us that it’s normal and that’s how it is supposed to be. We’ve ordered them before, and never had it melted. Instead of fixing the issue they just argued that we were wrong.

they got my order wrong, and my fries were cold. but they did a great job by correcting it..restaurant was super busy. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Prices are ok. Ice-cream was also really good…. 8/10

Freddy’s is the only place in West Monroe that I would go for a my ice-cream treat, service in always friendly, I often get the signature turtle sundae but lately when I order a large sundae I only get a half a cup so why I’m i paying $7+ dollars for a half cup of sundae. I love Freddy’s and will continue to support but please do better with the potions I receive for the price that I’m paying.

Love Freddy’s, they gave my son an ice cream while he was on his first date. So sweet. They also come by and check on each table as you’re dining. They are very friendly, clean and yummy!!!! Love the fries. They’re too good actually! My favorite is the jalepeno burger.

Freddy’s has always been special to me. My family worked at the original location in Wichita, Kansas …we even met Freddy himself… and years later I did a one-time photography project for the franchise that they still use today. So when I say I want to see this brand succeed, I mean it.
Unfortunately, this location just doesn’t reflect the Freddy’s I grew up loving. Every visit feels disorganized and slow, and the most recent one really drove it home. It took three different employees to check the see-through freezer right in front of us before realizing our shakes weren’t ready. Nobody was rude, but it was clear there wasn’t much coordination.
Freddy’s built its name on consistency and pride. I genuinely hope this store can find its footing again… because right now, it’s not the Freddy’s I remember.

The cashier was amazing! I love the smash burgers here. The price was not bad…$21 for 2. The dinning area was a little dirty and we had to wipe our own table off, but they were extremely busy. Car show going on in parking lot.

After seeing mixed reviews I wanted to try this eating establishment for myself and prove the doubters wrong. However, my recent visit to Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburger brought great disappointment. I ordered a chili dog, but was disappointed to find that it had little chili and a very hard weiner. The fries were also cold and not enjoyable. Additionally, I ordered a half and half shake but received chocolate only which was good but did not make up for the other shortcomings. I understand that not every experience is perfect, but I hope this feedback can help improve the quality of the food and service for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Also, as you can see I ate in the car in the parking lot b/c I didn’t want my food to drop temperature, but honestly it didn’t matter b/c the food was not fresh and I had ended to throw it away.
