Don’t order food to go inside the restaurant. After 10 minutes I had to ask where my order was and the kid told me to wait a few minutes. I told him “hell no” it’s already been over 10 minutes and the drive thru cars get their order every 45 seconds!!! He then miraculously found my order sitting there and handed it to me. While driving I started to eat the cold soggy fries and could not eat my burger because all of the toppings were falling out of the wrapper. It was also cold and the cheese not even melted!!! GROSS MEAL AND SLOW AS HELL SERVICE

Took 15 minutes for 2 Oreo shakes, the person at register took the order so we are waiting to pick up the Oreo shakes usually Burger King drive-through they give you right away while here while walking they took me 15 minutes of my time I never have experienced this much waiting time at any burger King all around USA while there are four persons inside the burger making area, watching TV. Nobody is making the ice cream shakes after waiting 10 minutes. The person at the register took the ice cream machine job to do the Oreo shake while he is hardly putting any interest to make my order he struggled, almost 5 minutes to put the lid down on the cup while others are busy in Lala gagging and watching Tv/phone and joking around. worst experience of my life with Burger King. I shoulda never should’ve stopped at this place.

This is the worst Burger King we’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Do not order here unless you have the 25 minutes to wait for your stone cold fries and over priced burgers. There’s one poor old guy in the back making burgers while three ladies walk around talking on the phone and joking around with their friends. I wish we had kept driving instead of stopping here.

The restaurant is extremely slow. Very few people inside. No drive thru. 25 minutes for a burger, onion rings, milk shake, and jalapeno poppers. The guy making burgers rested his uncovered elbows on the food prep area, and no hair net to cover his long hair. The fry cook was on his phone texting more than he was working. They ran out of meat, chicken only. A very, very , very poor experience. I recommend you stay away from this place, no matter how hungry you are.

They say they give a military discount. However even after showing my military ID, no discount was applied. Military personnel may want to avoid this location for somewhere else. Buc-ee’s is right across the street.
