First time at Freddy’s and I am honestly super impressed! This place is underrated!!! The person assisting us Hannah was great! She explained through every question I had and even gave us sample custard to try! My gawddd, the custard!!
This was my first smash burger that was not my own and they killed it! The flavor is perfect, fries were yummyyy! Definitely will become a favorite place I visit! The employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and has a bit of a 50’s vibe. I would definitely recommend!!

Food hot and fresh. Made to order…small wait…but that’s okay. It’s worth waiting for! Perfect cheat meal (I have been trying to eat better…but… ♀️). Only had to order once, and it was repeated back correctly, and it was prepared correctly! Fries so cute and yummy! Service was fine. Girls were polite and friendly! When in doubt, order the triple! My next cheat meal day may come early!

Decided to pick up Freddy’s tonight, had such great service! the girl in the drive thru Amelia was very pleasant.. asked me if I needed any sauces? I told her surprise me, needless to say she did great! Food was good also!

We having been going to this location since it first opened and have always enjoyed our time. Every first Tuesday of the month they do a family night which is so nice and fun for the kids. Mrs. Destiny and her crew have games and prizes for the kids every month. They go above and beyond and deserve the highest praises for everything. It’s so fun for the kids and I even join in the games lol. I wish more people knew about this, but Freddy’s is also good service and great food regardless on what day you come in.

The Grilled cheese steak burger is my favorite sandwich. The Bacon on it adds just the right amount of flavor mixed with the cheese and burger patty. Best part is it fills me right up without even eating the entire burger. Normally making it something I half with someone or eat later!

Please start getting people’s orders right and not serve me lukewarm stale fries if I have to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru, whoever was on drive thru was rude as well slamming the window shut after I tried to say thank you for my order and pay for my second order in my vehicle. I’m not upset about waiting a while for two orders but waiting forever for them to just both be cold or “warm” and then to be incorrect and employees to be rude on top of it is crazy.

Use to love this place but it has gone down hill the buyer was literally paper thin and for the cost was to much they hot dog wasn’t even edible and they use to have the best Chicago dogs. Who even chose to change the menu made a horrible mistake
