I got there with my injured knee from the hotel from the other side of the street. Very dense traffic and it took me almost 10mins to cross the street. I had a 30pieces nugget box and some sides. I gave the guy a 5$ tip and asked him for only polynesian dips. He said thats no problem. Got my stuff from a nice and polite lady and it took another 10 mins to cross the street in slow motion. At the hotel room i saw there was not one single dip inside the bag. I ate my fries and nuggets all dry. Thank you for this Malakai. This was the last time i gave a tip in a fastfood restaurant.

Cannot rate atmosphere as we always took drive through however the quality of food was one of the best. Being from UK, we are used to not having heavily processed food. Most takeaways in US were serving poor quality meat, except Chick fil-A that was very close to our UK standards. Kids loved it.

Love chick fil a ever since they arrived here in Vegas. This is my first time eating it while coming from UNLV. Place is very homey and the staff was very friendly
Food came out within 7 minutes. Chicken was hot and juicy Amy added too many pickles lol. Put texas Pete and ranch on the Mac n cheese it was hot and delicious
The milkshake omg it feels like I’m at a Ice creamery just awesome. Plus I get a free sandwich after doing their survey. Maybe everytime lol

This was my first bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered a plain black coffee with nothing in it and it didn’t look right when I picked it up so I asked and they said it just had cane sugar. So I took it anyway but then I looked up what said on the sticker and it turns out it also had milk in it. Being someone that cannot have dairy, this could have been very dangerous. Additionally, the oil used for the fries was too old and had that rancid smell. And there was no salt on the fries. I have always had very good luck at Chick-fil-A before and have rated all of their other locations as five star. My experience at this location was two star at best.
