Grew up with Culver’s. Freddy’s is better. Glad to have tried it. The burgers and fries are superior. Expect a thin patty with a crispy edge. The double is better if you like meat.

I’ve picked up several mobile orders for DoorDash from this location and every single time the orders are never ready, they ignore me standing right in front of them waiting, they say they’ll let me know when the order is ready and they don’t it just sits there and then when I pick it up, they act like it’s like a total inconvenience for them and like i’m not also working in the service industry. It’s to the point where I decline orders that come from here.

I absolutely love the service here! They are on it! Always friendly. The food is fresh and the store is clean. I can trust the food will be good if I go in or have it delivered. I even saw their staff being kind to a homeless man sitting out front one day. That kindness makes all the difference.

Hadn’t tried Freddy’s during Lent. Emily was so friendly (I didn’t want a combo but when I added ice cream sandwiches at the end she knew that would qualify me and automatically added my total up as combos, thereby saving me 50 cents per sandwich). I also accidentally ordered to eat in rather than take home, but Tyler was so friendly and accommodating to switch out my order to go. Then Emily can back with a sack for my ice cream sandwiches so they could be separate from the hot food during my drive. Almost didn’t make it home, the smell was so captivating! Great service, great food, friendly smiles, clean restaurant.

I haven’t been able to enjoy Freddy’s since I left New Mexico for Maryland several years ago. We came to Andover for my brother-in-laws 80th birthday. Today we took him, his wife, my other brother-in law, his wife and also my wife to eat here. What a big disappointment it was. Starting out it was hard to find two clean tables to put together and it was downhill from there. There was trash and food on the floors especially around the booths. The burgers were mediocre at best. The edges were not crispy as usual and were very sloppy. The drink area was a disaster. Both napkin holders were empty and were never refilled even after I mentioned it to several employees. My wife also said the ladies room was also a disaster. It was filthy and completely out of toilet paper. We finally left, and low and behold, the trash was overflowing with food, wrappers and cups stacked on the lid. The only saving grace were the onion rings. Won’t be coming back to this location next visit.

Food was delicious, as always. I was very happy to see that all of the staff was wearing masks. There are plastic barriers between the register and guests, and there are plastic barriers between all of the booths. 6 ft markers were placed for if there were a line for the register, and some seats are blocked off to aid in distancing. Was disappointed that many guests weren’t wearing masks, that drinks were self-serve, and that dining in is an option.
