I went twice in 1 week and spent more than an hour there total. I have no problem if a restaurant is having issues and can’t quite get the food out in a fast manner but 30 minutes is enough time to wait to warrant an apology. Maybe not even an apology just a form of communication between a customer and the people running the restaurant but both times there was absolutely no communication and no apology whatsoever for the outrageous wait time. Once is one thing but twice is another. In the business world communication between people is an extremely important aspect to have and this Freddy’s has none. Therefor I will no longer be giving this location my business.

I ordered a large cheese fries and got not even half of the container filled, 4 dollars for a small amount almost.. and yes I understand it’s new!! But still I was expecting more 🙁 there was barely seasoning on the fries either, I got them to surprise my boyfriend because he LOVES the fries but he was a little upset with how they turned out.. I do hope this place becomes as good as the others though!
