Counter service when ordering was efficient and friendly. Food was hot and tasted good. They have outdoor seating. The condiment bar was well stocked and it was eady to find what you were looking for. The person who called out order numbers when they were ready was super pleasant and added more cheese to the fries with no hesitation or judgment! Staff were walking around cleaning off tables.

The “steak burgers” are paper thin. Ice cream is good but a bit pricey. The place was clean.
Just updating the place was packed!! Lines went very fast the staff is super pleasant. Even for how crowded the restaurant was it was clean and really didn’t take all that long to get our meal.! Kudos Freddie’s staff. Bumped the stars from 3 to 4 maybe worth a 5 just for the care we felt from the staff.

Was sitting down trying to eat at a booth with my family, and a COCKROACH ran across my thigh so I got right up and told an employee and they came over and witnessed it there self and they issued me a free meal card on my next visit however not sure if I’ll ever go back to that Roach Infested Place ever again!

I typically don’t leave reviews and after coming here for years this definitely caught me off guard. There were a few things wrong with my order and when I brought it to the staffs attention they were rude and gave attitude. The lady I asked about my order when I told her both of the custards were wrong rolled her eyes and when she was fixing it and told the other lady back there what happened she made a snarky comment even though they were in earshot.
