I am tired of companies lying to their customers. I got the new BBQ brisket sandwich. On the advertisement it is stacked with brisket and at over 10 dollars, it better be. I ordered one for myself and one for my partner. They put one single small piece of brisket per sandwich. These businesses need to fail when they lie to their customers. I will never eat at another Freddy’s in my life and neither will anyone in my family. We are done with false advertisement.

Generally like Freddy’s burgers and fries. Got a turtle concrete drive-thru. Definitely wasnt a concrete by the time I received it. It was more chocolate milk with pecans. I assume it would have been good but sat out too long. Maybe they made it when I ordered and set out and allowed to melt.

Went through the drive thru and the person working the window was not engaging at all. Got my name wrong numerous times and never said thank you/your welcome. Had a really long day and to be treated like burden was tough. Customer service needs work! I was so kind and nice to them just to be engaged with very little and to be not even told thank your or have a good night just silence felt really rude. I got home and my veggie burger was half cold half warmish. The fries were insanely cold, and our cheese curds were literally mush and covered in oil because they weren’t cooked enough. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food in a long time
