This was a carry out order. Very disappointed. We ordered hamburgers and they smothered it with crap and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it is just a very thin breaded rib meat leas than 1/4” and nothing spicy about it but the whole jar of jalapeños. The whole presentation of our meal is awful. First time to Freddy’s and last time. Rather spend less and go to Sonic.

This is definitely a place. I am going to try again. There’s actually one of these that just opened up in the town near where I live.
I had the steak sandwich. It was really tasty. But, it was a bit small. The reason I didn’t get a five for the food is because I feel like portion size was a little on the small side and maybe just a slight more attention to quality would be good. But the steak sandwich was very tasty
I also had the fries and they were very good. The other dishes are dishes of family members that I dined with. Overall, the food was good and tasty
I want to give it another shot and see how consistent the food is. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for some quick fast food.

Another great Freddy’s experience. The parking lot and drive through area could use some repaving. But the food and the service was phenomenal. Just as you’d expect from Freddy’s. I’ve been here several times and am finally leaving a review. Would highly recommend this Freddy’s and will definitely be back again

Burger wasn’t bad, just thin and smashed on the grill into oblivion. The fires were too salty. 10% Military discount was nice. Price was affordable
Gave them a second try. The cheese on the fries was horrible. It’s probably not even real cheese. It’s that soybean oil fake cheese.

This is a typical fast food eatery. Unfortunately they will be going out of business soon. The secret to success in a business is to service yor customers. This place did everything but service us. Granted it was a half hour till closing. But to not offer anything on the menu was disgusting. Really how hard is it to fix a hot dog. The workers were more concerned about going home than service. If I were in charge I would fire everyone especially the manager and start again with a crew that wants to see a business succeed.

The food was outstanding, seriously almost everything was sooo good! I had a burger, one of my children had chicken strips and the other had a spicy chicken sandwich. The burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, my child really enjoyed the chicken strips, and the other said the spicy chicken sandwich was just okay. The skinny fries were cooked to perfection.
The cashier was less than friendly, I honestly felt like our presence was an inconvenience to her. The atmosphere was very dated and while it seemed clean due to the dated nature, it felt a bit unclean, if that makes sense. Regardless of the negatives, the food was so good, it’s easy to overlook everything else.

Ate lunch at Freddy’s in St Robert Mo today. Our first time to eat at a Freddys! I had the jalapeno, pepper jack, beef sandwich meal with cheese curds. Ed had the Freddys original double bacon cheese burger and fries. Great food! Great service! Clean store! I think we just added Freddy’s to our favorite places to eat place!!

Always been a good experience at this location, until yesterday. Let’s just say that the staff was having a bad day. Our order had mistakes. After 2 trips to the counter to rectify the problem the situation became stressful for myself and the workers. Then…redemption. without asking for the manager, she appeared at our table, very calmly asked what happened and bent over backwards to make the order right and our visit a positive experience. The GM is Ashley, and she is an asset to this location. She retained us as customers and handled the issues professionally and pleasantly. Will look forward to visiting this location again.

The food was absolutely GREAT! However, I was really disappointed that every single table was dirty. The booth beside mine had dried catsup all over the seat. Every counter top for customer self-service seemed like it was covered with dried up soda spills everywhere. The floor needed to be mopped in a bad sort of way.
We asked for someone to co.e wipe our table down for us. The young man then started wiping down tables on the other side of the restaurant. He did come wipe our table when we asked him when we asked him again.
I was very surprised to see the restaurant looking like such a train wreck, since I’ve eaten there on many other occasions and I’ve NEVER seen it look like it did that night.
We were there at 8pm on a Sunday night. There were only 2 other tables that came in during the time while we were there. The drive thru didn’t seem that busy. The door sign showed they were open until 10pm. No attempt to clean the dining room was made, other than wiping the tables down, per my request.
On the plus side, the young man at the register was as polite as always. He even held the door open when we left.
The food was also great as always. We weren’t felt rushed, even though we were there late on a Sunday evening.
Will I be back? Probably. Unless I continue to see the restaurant in this poor condition. Thankfully, there’s a first time for everything and this was a first time for this experience. Hopefully, it will also be the last.
