I had never been to a Freddy’s before but I’d always wanted to go. I went in and got some sort of steak hamburger. It was delicious. There is also a jalapeño sauce to dip fries in. I really enjoyed the food and it hit the spot! This location was professional, clean and the staff was kind.

The cashier was prompt to take our order, accurately. The manager came and answered a question we had that the cashier did not know the answer to.
The food as always is delicious. The cook made the burger wrong, but made it right in seconds.

Music is shuffled from ’70’s to ’20’s a little too low on volume. Good food needs good sounds to go together.

Visited on Friday October 3 and the food was essentially just thrown in the bag. Fries and tots all over. The cheese curds are soggy at best. We waited for at least 10 minutes after ordering even though we were the only ones in the drive through or in store. The young man in the window was polite enough, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my food was terrible and I spent $43 on worse-than-McDonalds-on-their-worst-day crap food.

We love their steak burgers and french fries. We stopped in for dinner and it wasn’t too busy at all. We were greeted by their friendly staff and placed our order. Our order was done in no time at all, and everything thing was great. Then we had to order some custards to go.

Don’t go to this location at all. It was filthy and unkept…service was lackluster apparently they have size options now for their sides which I was not told at the time of ordering so I had to complain about how we got jipped on fries and I looked stupid when the manager on duty said they have size options now for all sides. As far as the food it was okay, other locations are much better. Other patrons had to basically request the place to be cleaned. Had we not already ordered we would of walked out…see disgusting pictures of how unclean this location was…

This isn’t the worst Freddy’s in the area, but it’s consistently disappointing. I visited three times in one week, and each time my shake was sloppy, with ice cream running down the outside of the cup.
