Very friendly and helpful staff, great, clean, safe environment. Loved my time there. The food is Freddy’s. It’s generally good food, even if it feels smaller than it used to. The burgers seemed slightly more smashed than nomal, but the taste was all there, and it’s very filling. Not the best Freddy’s I’ve had, but far from the worst.
The customer service, though, may be the best I’ve had at a Freddy’s.
Would do 4 1/2 stars if I could. Bathroom was nice, and not gross, but I would dock a half star just because it looked like they were pretty behind on the bathroom cleaning schedule.

When I dined at Freddy’s I went under the impression that the service was going to be horrible due to an experience that happened with other family’s members past tense. When I went in recently 11/13 I think that was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in fast food. The young man at window named Jayveon gave me the respect and service all employees should have, which impressed me for his age assuming he’s no older than 18. Tips would have definitely been given at the end of the interaction if it wasn’t for such short notice. His trainer must’ve did a great job and he must’ve been a great listener.

They put way too much mustard all over my burger, I ordered a burger with no pickles. that apparently means burger with mustard only! Not to mention the delivery person. It said it was going to be Jennifer, totally caught off guard when a guy showed up basically chucked My dinner on the front porch. gave us a nasty look, And then walked away. bad food, bad people. would not recommend.

Walked in to a loud, dirty lobby with employees telling stories and wondering what to do. My online order was not ready so I stood with other concerned patrons watching the train wreck and yelling of the employees at each other.
All 3 of the concretes were wrong. Missing caramel on one, cherries on one and none of them were mixed within 1/2″ of the top. I basically bought a large cup of soft serve ice cream that tasted like Wendys frosty. Waste of time, money, and effort. Never will recommend or will go back. 0/10 don’t do here.

I really want to give Freddy’s a good review, but this location, I cannot. The only two times I’ve ever ordered a shake from here it was watery liquid, the burgers are ridiculously greasy, I’m not sure why they can never get the name right on the order but I have been given at least two different names and my partner has been given at least three. Maybe faulty drive-thru systems have something to do with orders being wrong or names being different, but it seems like there’s a pretty high turnover here. I’ve only lived in the area for about 6 months and lots of new faces all the time. If you get here around lunch time when they open expect to be in the Drive-Thru for 30 plus minutes.

My friend and I had a fantastic meal at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers! The burgers were absolutely amazing—juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The crispy edges on the patties were a nice touch, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The buns were soft and held everything together perfectly. We also loved the casual, friendly atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. Freddy’s is definitely a spot we’ll be visiting again soon!

Oh my goodness what can I say, nothing good that’s for sure! I was heading to Raytown to do some business and asked a friend to come with me, told her we should eat at Freddy’s that it was really good she had not eaten there before. This place was filthy, everywhere! Especially in the cooking areas, it was “Disgusting!” I asked to see a manager and was immediately attacked verbally by five workers and was told there was no manager on duty! They were all very young and very argumentative! It was absolutely the worst, filthiest restaurant I have ever been in in my 60 years on this planet! Shame on you Raytown Freddy’s!

I was the only person in the drive through and it still took 20 minutes to get a burger meal and chili cheese fries as I watched through the window about 6 different young employees were playing around chatting. I had to go back in for the regular fries because they weren’t in my bag. I had to flag down an employee because no one would acknowledge that I was standing there, but yet there was a ton of employees standing around! Then I get home and was excited to try the chili cheese fries and open up some fries with barely any cheese and a maybe a spoon full of chili on the bottom. What a disappointment!!
