Constructive “CraZy” Evaluator
10/30/25. Back again for another round. The last sandwich was 3 meals for me! I opted for the 2 meal 4 me bacon cheeseburger..
Oops. Spoke to soon. Tell the lady that they took good care of my order last week and I’m looking forward to it again. Did not happen. Ordered my bacon crumbly and crispy. They gave my order to somebody else. And that’s when I knew everything was going to go downhill. When she told to cook to make another one that said you tell him that it has to be extra crispy on the bacon and no pickle no onion and slice it in half for me because of my disability. Second sandwich came out greasy wimpy bacon. And I said you didn’t tell him on the last one. So she told him this one he pulled it off and I can see it wasn’t crispy and he just put it back in the container anyway.
First off the bacon is just so wimpy and greasy in my dietary will not allow me to eat it I ripped it off.
Then I took the burger and tipped it upside down and it looked like wet Grease Burger it didn’t look like the the grilled cooked look over well done burger. After flipping burgers over and seeing that they weren’t cooked right, I pulled them off the buns only to find that the buns were soggy wimpy and the whole burger just went in the trash.
Second time is not a charm for this disabled special dietary person no matter how clarified I asked it. Why my to-go order was given on a platter to somebody else I don’t know, but that set off the chain reaction of none cooked properly. Well I guess I won’t be trying this location for a long time.
Bummed.

Just had desserts no food. Service was polite. Service was a little slow despite it not being busy but wasn’t horrible.
Shake and “concrete” were good. Their chocolate shakes are made with chocolate ice cream vs vanilla with chocolate syrup. Not negative just an observation.

I enjoyed this visit much more than the last time. This time i actually got a Steakburger… better choice!! But i was disappointed that on the Grilled Cheese Steakburger the cheese was NOT against the bread, so it was actually only a Steakburger on Texas toast! But overall my granddaughter and i enjoyed it.

Why do I go to Freddie’s?? For the burger and fries . Today 12/21/25 my orders were taken, I paid, sat down, waited and then waited some more. Then I was told they were out of fries! Ok, give me cheese curds and tots. Sorry, out of curds too!! Burger was great, tots not so much (greasy). Ho hum…disappointed.

The burger was good, not great. Nothing to rave about and tell your friends. The soda machine was off, all syrup. The tater tots came out hot but tasted like they were deep fried in old oil. I’m skeptical to try the brownie delight shake.
Oh and there was a lot of smoke in the restaurant, I don’t think there vents were working but I’ll give them a pass.

Same great Freddy’s burgers & fries! Cant go wrong there! A little more time needs to be spent keeping the “sit down” part of the restaurant up to the Freddy standards! We had to settle for a table after looking…all of the booths were dirty and 1/3 of the tables were dirty too.

Keeping in mind the type of restaurant Freddy’s, this location was way under par! Two of the ladies handling food was not wearing hair restraints, one actually had longer hair hanging down in her face and the fryers. She lost her hair bow while filling the fryers. Then proceeded to go mop up something in the dining room, back to the food with no glove change. The manager also working the kitchen had her hair down. Tables were dirty and all the cleaning supplies were just hanging out on the floor near the drinks! I really suggest going to Culver’s around the corner instead!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite after a long day. I ordered my steak burger without cheese. She repeated it back, no cheese and I said, correct, no cheese. The order was ready quickly, mine had cheese, looked at the receipt and it did say, cheese. Took it back up and they redid my order no problem. Had a cup of chili with my meal, it was good. Had to have a scoop of custard with fudge for dessert. Love their custard.
My one and only negative is, the place could have been cleaner. The clear glass or plexiglass partitions on the back of the booths were disgusting. They looked like they had not been done for a while.
