Freddys Steakburger with Bacon was delicious, and the Cheescurds too! Its the first time in a long time that I ate everything I have ordered at a restaurant! So, you know it is delectable! If thats how you spell that. Thanks Freddie for being so professional, delicious, and a clean restaurant to eat in! Staff was friendly, and they were very aware of every customer that walked through their doors. Everytime a customer walked in through the doors, i heard a Freddy’s employee yelling out how many customers were on the way into the restaurant! Customer awareness is alive and well at Freddys!

Food was decent. Very messy though. I don’t appreciate getting mustard and mushrooms all over my car, it’s not that hard to keep your workspace clean especially when it’s slow. Employees aren’t very welcoming or nice, acting like i’m an inconvenience. I’d go to the one on the east side before going to this one, better service and nicer employees on the east side location.

I have been to many Freddys for over two decades. This location has good food but cheats the customers by only giving half the fries of other Freddys. The Freddys in rapid City is great and provides value, however the ones in Sioux Falls have small portions. My family agrees we will not be coming back.

This place is really good. They have really good frozen custard. In really good burgers. The French fries are awesome, they are little shoestring fries. They are not too crispy or too soggy. They’re perfect. They have both spicy and normal. Which are both super good. I recommend getting 1000 island for the Burger that’s kind of their secret sauce. Their frozen custard is also really, really good.

We have eaten at Freddy’s a s a family a handful of times, mostly at the east side location. We actually avoided this location because it always looks horrendously busy. On this visit, it was no exception, very busy with a full parking lot and a winding line of cars in the drive though. We went in and found a seat and ordered. Very efficient! Before too long, we had our food. It was obvious that they are very well staffed with plenty of help to crank out orders.
The food at Freddy’s is always good. Love the burgers! The cheese balls are one of my favorite things about this fast food chain. You don’t find cheese balls at many fast food joints and these are right up there with the ones you would find at a local (or not so local) Fair.
Don’t let the drive though line and a full parking lot keep you from hitting this place up! As far as fast food burgers joints go, definitely one of the best in the area!

I heard good things about Freddy’s and we were in Sioux Falls so we stopped in.everuthi g was amazing! Clean and pleasant atmosphere., the cashier was pleasant and polite.He explained how everything worked with the pickup counter.

This is what they thought was acceptable to serve in the drive thru line, without any napkins. I don’t know how anyone thinks this is acceptable to serve when someone pays money for it. Sad part is it didn’t taste have bad but it leaked all over my car. Wont be going back there.
