Food is good but the attitude on the women at the drive through is ridiculous. Lighten up it’s fast food it’s not like your job is that hard. Just smile and say have a nice day like a normal employee instead of saying nothing and giving people looks.

The past 2 times I went through the drive thru my order was messed up. First order i asked if everything was in the bag,lady looked in the bag and said yep, its all there. So I went home. Only to get home and find out I was missing an entire meal. The last time I went last week, I again asked if everything was there, they said yes, this time I checked and was missing a burger and fries. Also we got cheese fries and there was very little cheese on them. Will not be going back to this Freddy’s location!!!!

I am very impressed by the food and customer service here. The manager took our order himself, and he brought us the food, asked us if we needed anything, and took care of our trash as well. Also, the burgers were outstanding!

The food is made to order. Fresh doesn’t even cover it. It was easily the best fast food I’ve ever had. Try the Cali burger (if you like 1000island). The cheese curds rival that of Culver’s. You absoluetly need to try this food! On top of the amazing food, the staff was friendly and helpful! Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend and return!

Food is great but service is awful this girl is there everytime I’m there and she always has the worst look on her face and the worst attitude. Today she handed me my order didn’t say anything to me and was rolling her eyes and when I first got to the window the other girl didn’t say anything either. My order isn’t difficult and I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years so I’m not one to be rude to other workers. This or something around the lines of this happens everytime I’m here. I’m here like 4 times a week for me and my boyfriend and I still am nice every time for literally nothing and it’s ridiculous. Customers can suck sometimes yeah but don’t be giving attitude if there’s no reason to in the first place

Just had delivery thru UE, spent almost 10$ on rock hard fries i could crush with a hammer!! My expensive ice-cream was missing add ons, and12$ burger was a sad McDonalds imposter.. Awesome if I had money to burn! No excuses for what I received! Would NOT waste life’s experience on this joke!
