The food was ok at best. The service however was atrocious. The cashier was in a horrible mood and stared my 15 year old daughter down in an intimidating way because my daughter said the diet Dr pepper tasted flat. She also snapped back at me and said she’d have one of her baby daddys take care of me. Not sure what that meant but she did look like someone who had been used and put away. Definitely won’t got back.

I was doing some part time dash orders this evening to make some extra cash like usual on Friday evenings. I arrived at the restaurant and checked in to let them know I was there for a mobile order. The cashier said something about the receipt being thrown away and they would start on my order. I waited about 7-8 minutes and watched the cashier and another gentleman banter back and forth. Finally, after me standing there waiting for the custards (the only ordered items) she walks up to inform me that the truck didn’t come in and they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order because they were out of custard. Cool, I understand that. No big deal. It happens. What I didn’t appreciate was they obviously knew this and I could hear them discussing it, and instead of just telling me from the beginning I stood there and waited and waited. Losing time and money on potential orders and customers. This along with the poor atmosphere and attitudes of other employees, I honestly would just recommend Culvers which has always been a better experience in every aspect.

First time at a Freddy’s. Felt like the original Stake N Shake again. We ordered 1) California Burger with fries; 2) Double cheeseburger with onion rings; 3) Spicy chicken with cheese curds. The spicy chicken seems a bit skimpy on toppings. The Skinny fries were a bit skinny. The onion rings were tasty. The burgers were just right. Loved the Jalapeno Fry Sauce. Would come back again and would like to try a custard next time.

We did order thru the drive through. We had 4 orders 3 were for children who were slow in telling what they wanted to eat. The lady was very patient and repeated everything bad to make sure she heard it everything correctly.

Very well like my very first visit to any of Freddy’s restaurants. I got the Freddy’s Original Double, Fries, and a Sweet Tea. The food was hot and fresh. I got both the Regular Fry Sauce and the Jalapeno Fry Sauce. Both were good. I also got a Hawaiian Delight Concrete with Vanilla Custard, pineapple, strawberry, coconut, macadamia nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. That was also very good. The service was very good and the facility was clean. They had a nice, special young man that took care of the tables and everything.

I visit Freddy’s for the first time back in March of 2022, and I loved it. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh (and good), and the ice cream was even better.
