I asked for a hotdog ketchup only, large fri, and a vanilla concrete with brownies and cookie dough. I got a plan hot dog a large fri and my concrete was charger separately from the meal so it was more. And it was a shake with cookie dough and chocolate chips. Be specific and make them remake it if it’s wrong. They’ve done this shit to me more than once. Im tired of there shit service. Go to the one on Wilmington and whipp. Service is great food is great and they get your order right.

It was stupendous. We were traveling from out of town and decided to stop here for lunch. The customer service was outstanding and the food was amazing. Anything you order on the menu will really wow you. Trying the custard is a must. Thank you to the staff at Freddy’s for a wonderful experience.

I have always received top-notch service here, and the atmosphere is great for a fast-food venue—they definitely keep it cleaner and better-stocked than most, and their pick-up counter is stocked with condiments so you don’t have to beg for them like a Victorian orphan.
I love their option of ordering one of their delicious custard desserts on hold, do it doesn’t have to sit melting on your table as you race the clock with your burger. However, there is one caveat; they used to use your order number to make the dessert on the spot when you were ready for it, but now they have now switched it up, so you simply pick up your waiting dessert from a nearby freezer. It was great for my husband’s blended custard, but my hot fudge sundae…well, the sundae was good, but a bit soupy and definitely missed that great hot-and-cold balance I was hoping for. (But thank heavens the fudge didn’t taste burnt—looking at you, Dairy Queen)
I will definitely be back. This time, I will return to the counter to order my hot-fudge sundae, or use the “on hold” option to try one of their tasty-looking ice cream sandwiches instead.

I ordered a single cheeseburger, onion rings and root beer. The cheeseburger was horrible, it didn’t taste good. Plus someone put jalapeños I burnt my lips I don’t do spicy. The onion rings were okay. I will never go to the Beavercreek location again. While I was waiting for my order someone was yelling I’m assuming at an employee. I definitely didn’t have a good experience at this location. I would not recommend it.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Freddy’s location in Beavercreek! Every single visit is a great experience, but today truly stood out thanks to Solo in the drive-through. He was absolutely phenomenal—kind, patient, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell immediately when someone takes pride in their work, and Solo goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated. They kind of customer service is unfortunately rare nowadays but I can always count on Freddy’s!!
The entire staff at this location is incredible. They consistently go out of their way to ensure everything is correct, fresh, and exactly how you want it. From taking the order to handing it out, the service is fast, friendly, and attentive, without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a team that is this consistently positive and customer-focused, and Freddy’s Beavercreek truly delivers every time.

I went to Freddy’s restaurant on January 22, 2026, at 10 PM, and had an absolutely amazing experience. K solo, the Young man at the drive-through window, was incredibly kind and very professional. I highly recommend that young man get a raise. That young man is a prime example of what Customer Service should be.The food was absolutely phenomenal—hot, fresh, and delicious. The entire staff was fantastic, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great service and great food!

I came in today and used my free Veterans Day combo meal card. Right when I walked in Samuel working Expo greeted me which was awesome as there are some restaurants that don’t even acknowledge their customer. This is the only place I will ever get a Patty Melt anymore since they are usually spot on. Today was the best one in my life . I mean it. Everything was fresh and the fries were hot and golden brown. King worked front of the house and everyone else was professional.

Food was pretty good and once ordered, quick. Ordering was very slow and it took a while to get acknowledged. Not sure why kids meals are so expensive and kids ice cream is a bit of a ripoff as a small is the same price with more ice cream. Should’ve put my custard “on hold” because it took 20 minutes for a regular custard. Had to ask 2 times. Likely won’t be back as Steak and Shake is quick and friendly.

Don’t bother, custard is ok but service doesn’t exist. Placed a pickup order to make it simpler for my family to get everything. Waited until it said the order was ready and went in. Nothing was ready, the kids left in back do NOT want to talk to you. After a while I’m asked if I had a mobile order and that’s it. Didn’t ask the name, didn’t say if it was gonna bring made. Fine, I keep waiting. Eventually they finish up and I head to the freezer to get the ice cream and none of it’s been started yet. I was in the store the whole time at 3pm. Drive thru dead, lobby dead. Now all my food is done and the custard took another 10min. I had two kids milkshakes and two concretes. So then I get home to my old food and my ONE sandwich has nothing on it the way I asked. It was 60$ for two kids meals, a burger combo and a few extra sides. I should have went to a restaurant where I could have at least had the food fixed.
