Freddy’s offers: burgers, chicken sandwiches and strips, chili dogs, fries, onion rings, kettle chips, shakes, frozen custard, and so much more. Hurry up, and see for yourself. Whatever you do, don’t forget the fry sauce.

Did a quick drive through after a daycare pick up the drive-thru service was quick and they got my order correct. Food was fresh and hot. No reheated. The shakes are crazy thick! Had a prime burger combo and chocolate shake. A little pricier than most but definitely better quality than other “fast food”.

My friend and I wanted to try Freddy’s for the first time and we had probably one of the worst experiences. We each placed mobile orders through the app. The app notified us and told us our order was ready. We looked at the mobile pickup counter, nothing. The custard pickup, nothing. We were both very confused. About 30 minutes later we ended up finally getting our food after being very confused on where to pick it up at. We first get our food, wait another 10 minutes for our custard, then we have to go up to the counter and ask a staff member for cups for our drinks. I waited another 10 minutes in line for that and was completely ignored by the young gentlemen working the front counter. The staff members seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and it seemed as if their wasn’t a manager on duty willing to help customers and figure out why orders are taking awhile. Also the tables didn’t seemed as if they were getting wiped frequently and overall the lobby was kind of messy. I think it is safe to say that my friend and I will not be returning due to this very poor experience.

As soon as my wife and I walked in we knew something was off. For a Friday night it was slow. I have to say our food come out fast, hot and tasted good. Then it just went down hill. Only fountain drink that had syrup was fruit punch. The fountain drink area was full of ice from people dumping out flat drinks. As soon as we sat down they started playing music in the back. It was louder then the music being pipped in. That killed the atmosphere. The tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. They had enough people working but no one was taking out the trash or cleaning the tables. One of the employees had her child with her. Her child was in the dinning area and the employee would come out and check on her.

I ordered 3 things tonight, fries, a brownie sundae, and a grilled cheese. The fries were half filled. The sundae was COMPLETELY melted. When I got home I realized that instead of a grilled cheese I received a bacon cheeseburger.
