I love that they have a veggie burger option! It was good and I really liked the shoe sting french fries. The kid working at the front register was busting his butt helping wherever he could as they busy. Our register receipt said his name was Caiden, if so props to him. The restaurant was clean and the food and custard were delicious. It’s a great place for a burger and fries. My husband loved his steak burger and my daughter got the club chicken sandwich and loved it. The restaurant is a tad hidden off the road and sits almost in the Sam’s club parking lot. There were a people coming in to say their were things missing from their drive thru orders, but Caiden was trying to help fix them.

Absolutely a horrible experience. Save your time and money. Waited almost 30 minutes in drive thru. When I got my food it was COLD and no cheese in my cheeseburger . I loved Freddy’s in Cincinnati and so looked forward to when I might go there. Had no idea anyone could provide such horrible customer service and the food so bad!! I bought ice cream at the grocery store and it was pretty melted by the time I got it home. She said just a minute and I’ll get your receipt-then she left window and did come back.
We’ll guess what – the store I went to is not in the restaurant list for me to contact you!!! You can’t even get that right? Your Cincinnati restaurant was wonderful. Now that I have slept on it- It was absolutely the biggest rip off and worst experience of my life and I’m no spring chicken!

My favorite burger. They make it the way I want it, with a smile, even though I make a lot of changes and I love that I can get a lettuce wrap. As far as I’m concerned the fries are the best anywhere. We don’t have a Freddy’s near us so we always seek them out when road tripping. The consistency, from place to place is amazing.

Glad to see Freddy’s in Columbus. However, this new location seemed not ready for customers. Came here for dinner. There were a crowd of people inside and a long line of drive-thru. They served fast with enough staff. However, their free sauces were almost taken and nobody put more into containers. Some fountain drinks were also not available. There was no sweet tea and nobody refilled it. Even there was some water in the tea tank grossly. Besides, nobody cleaned tables and full trash cans.
Speaking of their food, the signature two patties burger was freshly grilled with a reasonable price but it tasted a little too salty for me. I was feeling they put too much salt in my burger and onion rings. The frost was too sweet. I didn’t like the frost. The frozen custard could be better.

It was my first time and I was a little confused about the menu. Being the first time I ordered the Freddy’s original. Did not really understand the concept and ended up getting a burger with onions and mustard only. I had them hold the pickles. I got Tater tots, small, and a drink with the full meal at $11+.
I felt the price was exorbitant considering the meal I got. The service was great and they told me I needed to get the sauces for the full effect. I’ll know better the next time I go on how to order but it still will be expensive

Everything was really great! Food is spot on, reminds me of Steak n Shake before it turned to trash. I loved the California burger and the fries are EXACTLY what I’m into. Need to try the custard next because it looks amazing.

I literally have never written a review before but if this saves someone $$ I want to share my experience. Last night I went through the drive thru, after placing my order with only 2 cars in front of me it took 27 minutes to get my food. Now, I am usually pretty patient and understanding that places are short staffed, so I didn’t really let this get me. What gets me is that after sitting at the window for 10 minutes they hand me a bag that just has my burgers in it.. missing both sides and my drink. When I asked for them they said “oh you must have been given someone else’s order”- there was no one in line behind me! After finally getting them to hand out another bag of sides another 5 minutes had rolled by I pulled out.. well turns out they gave one wrong side and the onion rings were cold- not cold after driving home but I mean I instantly reached in the bag at the stop light to get one and it was cold cold. I will seriously NEVER return and encourage others to avoid this place. For the same money you can go right down the street to Culver’s and get a hot meal in a reasonable time frame, which is where we typically go my daughter just wanted to give this Freddys a shot.

My first time ever. I ordered a create your own vanilla concrete with cheesecake and brownie. Honestly could not taste or see the cheesecake or brownie in it. Very disappointed. I will be going back to Dairy Queen when I want to spend $6-$7. I know I will get what I ordered.
