I was too hungry (& it was too windy to snap a picture of my food) but using the Freddy’s app has its perks if you’ll notice the receipt! Free pup cups for the baby! Had an amazing experience again- everything was super hot and fresh! Last picture is the prime steak burger. Always amazing service! Thank you!

In terms of flavor, I think they use a very identical seasoning blend as Rally’s so you could eat at Rally’s and get a similar flavor for much less money. Rally’s fries are better because they’re more well seasoned and they have some of the potato skins still on the fries which always has more flavor and crisp.
Plus, the sauce that comes on the burger is just fancy mayo, and I have to rate you even lower for not having a mustard dispenser or packets available for the customer near the napkins I hate ketchup and prefer mustard, ranch, or malt vinegar on fries and it’s disappointing when restaurants don’t make that accessible.
Now the place where this spot really shines is the delicious custard options, we had the strawberry dream cake and it was outstanding!!!
Although, I do have to say that the regular size is actually quite a small portion for the price and I would also recommend going elsewhere to satisfy your cravings.

It has been a while since the moment I walked into a restaurant that I immediately felt like family. Patricia’s warm smiled greeted us (my parents and I) kindly as she took my order. Offering me suggestions. After ordering, she even offered them a senior discount. The food was well done and fresh, but the feeling of home makes this place special. I’m a Freddy’s fan after this.

Everything was absolutely amazing! B. Freddy served us and did an incredible job — super friendly and fast. My whole soccer team went in together, and we were all served and out in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend this Freddy’s to anyone looking for great service and food.

Extremely super slow service. Unless you have 45 mins to wait on your food don’t bother stopping at this location. Every other Freddy’s has been excellent in both service and quality. NOT this one. We ordered 3 ice creams and waited over 35 minutes. As you can see in the photos we were about the only people in the building. Sorry but absolutely no excuse. If they didn’t already have our money we would have walked out PERIOD. We reviewed 100+ locations and have always given fair reviews and understood there are times when service might be understandly slower than normal. We always give the benefit of doubt to circumstances we might not understand or see. We saw enough. My wife had to stand at the counter to make sure the guy made the ice cream. I have not been this disappointed in a location in years. Guy behind counter wiping his face as he made our ice cream finally. My wife refused to eat it after seeing the unsanitary way he made her food. Corporate should seriously shut down this location. More employees standing then working.

This was our first time visiting any Freddy’s. The service was exemplary – fast, friendly, and accurate. The shake we had was great. The chili on the chili cheese fries was tasty however some of the fries were raw while others were burned black. I’m willing to give Freddy’s another chance and hopefully it will be better.

Our order was overlooked 4 different times. Ordered food at 6:01pm only to receive my order at 6:39pm. Sad because really wasn’t that busy. Found out our order was already made and put in drive-thru bags sitting on the counter the whole time. Never offered to remake our food because yes it was cold. This location has been one of our favorites since we moved into bardstown and now this may be the last time we choose it. Truly sad
