It was late evening when we went and that could have been the problem but the food was cold and who wants cold burgers and fries? The food use to be so good but not anymore at the Elizabethton Tn. Store. I do not like the smaller containers of fry sauce and think they should go back to the bigger size they use to give out. Until I read a review that the food has improved and is hot and fresh then I will not be back. The ice cream is still good but they are stingy with it it. The cheeseburgers need fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

I just went there and i just have to say WOW. The food was fast and fresh. It was so delicious.! Not to mention the store was so clean.! The manager there was very professional and helpful. Her name was kacie. You could just tell she really cares about her job and her team. It was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend eating here and i will most definitely come back.!!! Having worked all day Spring cleaning, my husband and I didn’t feel like cooking and every place we thought of just didn’t sound appealing until my husband mentioned Freddy’s. The service while we were ordering, was quick and super friendly. It didn’t take long to get our food which arrived hot and fresh. We both had burgers – my husband had onion rings and I had fries and we shared. As we were eating, a very pleasant employee checked to see how we were doing, if our food was good, and if we needed anything. She also explained the Freddy’s app and how we could earn points for free food items. I was very impressed by this “fast food” restaurant and all of the very friendly and professional staff.

Never heard of Freddys and decided to try it and it did not disappoint! The burger, fries and sundae i had was all delicious and reasonably priced. The service was fast and friendly and i really enjoyed the music they were playing. Id would definitely recommend here for a quick bite.

I’ve been here several times. Ordered a plain burger, didn’t get it. Came back through not even a week later and then was short a chicken tender out of a 5 piece. The last time I ate there, there was long haired guy with his pants falling of doing the prep of my food, I bit into my food and pulled one of his hair blondish light brown, out of my mouth with food still attached to it……. From the cockroaches around the custard machine, to the tea nozzles never being cleaned out and they wonder why their Tea taste horrible… I just would not recommend this as a good place to eat.
