Burger Fantastic as well as chicken sandwich was very good.
But Check your drive-thru order. First – they forgot the drink. Got drink, parked and opened bag – no onion rings. I went inside to get them and the incompetent lady behind counter wanted me to go to the kitchen entrance and tell the cooks – WHAT?
After another staff went and told kitchen I eventually got the onion rings.

Ordered a Double Bacon Cheese Burger and cheese curds and a chocolate malt. The cheese burger was so greasy the bottom bun disintegrated. You could also squeeze the grease out of the cheese curds. I couldn’t even eat half of my food. The drink was also so chocolatey it was undrinkable. I honestly almost got a refund but they were busy and so was I and I dont live in JC.

We normally eat at the Freddy’s in Morristown, TN, but had to make a trip to Johnson City, TN, and saw the Freddy’s and thought it was a safe bet. Boy, were we wrong. We came in 45 minutes before they closed, and they acted like we were bothering them. The girl that took our order couldn’t stay off her phone and forgot to give us our cups. After standing there for a few minutes, we finally had to flag someone down. Almost all of the tables were dirty, and the bathrooms hadn’t been touched in a while. Our cheese curds and french fries were not even close to being full. I understand it was close to closing time, but for over $22.00 for two people, you would expect better, and for the record, we were out of there over 10 minutes before closing time.

I absolutely love your patty melts and your fries but today was the third time I’ve been there and I’m done. One time my patty melt looked like somebody threw up and put it in a box. I always ask for hot fries. They’re never hot. I asked for them again today and they were not. So I gave them back and they were no hotter. why is it such a big deal??? and then my patty melt wasn’t even cooked very well. I’m done with your place. I’ll just make my own patty melts. and the sad thing is it’s like you guys don’t even care! No more Customer service I guess

I got a plain steakburger and a small order of fries…. The burger was hot and delicious the cheese was melted the french fries were perfectly salted it was a perfect portions I will definitely be going back for another one. I didn’t try the ice cream stuff but my roommate eats it. I love the steak burger.

Delicious and portions are big.
I would recommend that you have two kids share a 5 piece tender meal… it’s that big!
Workers are “on it” and very polite.
I will return to this location.

Ordered two meals and they after taking the order for each apparently only rang up one burger but both shakes and fries. So when we got home we didn’t have dinner for one of us. Always a nice surprise.
