I would give them a 5 for cleanliness, but when I walked in no one greeted me. Everyone seemed so enthused with training this young Caucasian female employee that even the manager didnt find it appropriate to great me. Then I get to the register this older African American lady seemed very befuddled. I’m like what is going on here. My food was good, but the beginning was really crazy. Not really good or bad visit. This post is just reporting my experience. I’m not suggesting to come or not come. Had i not been driving a 56 passenger bus and had great parking I would have left to be honest.

Today was the first time we ate here. Very friendly staff. Old timey music playing. The food was hot when we received it. I’m not a huge fry lover, but these fries were great! Peanut Butter Bananza custard was delicious!

Such sweet and friendly staff and food was great! However, the manager was verbally abusing female staff and making fun of their appearance in front of customers. The manager was tall with tattoo sleeves. I think his name was Hayden.

Came here with the wife a couple weeks ago and could wait to get back. We were able to come tonight 8/29/20 the food is amazing the service is grand and everyone working is so nice. The first time we tried here it was just as amazing. We were so full we couldn’t even get a frozen yogurt, O well guess we’ll just have to come back again. If you are looking for a great place to eat, you really need to try this place.

20230329 love Freddy’s. I wish there are more locations where I live! I ordered the steakburger with bacon this time… delicious! I love that the steakburgers are made to order. The restaurant is pretty clean. I didn’t like the fries sauce. The employees are responsive to my questions and requests, but not friendly at all… no smiles!! I don’t know if it’s just the way they are, or maybe I’m the only non white person in the restaurant… or that I’m taking pics [for Google Reviews]. Regardless, people in the customer service industry should learn to smile. Fortunately, I came for the food.

The person taking our order was on his phone under the register the entire time and forgot to give us our kids meal drink. The worst part is that by the drink station there was NATS everywhere….and while was standing there another customer found a long black hair in her ice cream n her hair was blonde. Very dirty and disgusting.

We have heard about Freddy’s but don’t have one in our home town so we stopped at this one while traveling through TN. The burgers were so fresh and delicious, practically melting in our mouths. The staff were all super friendly. I don’t know the guy’s name (pictured) but he was amazing at customer service. Our frozen custard was great as well, much better than anything else you get at any fast food restaurant. I’m not sure if all Freddy’s are like this one but we highly recommend!!
