The first time I came, they were out of guac. Fine it happens. I come again several months later, I get to the end of the line, they didn’t let anyone know until my bowl was halfway made that yet again, they’re out of guac. Another time in the last couple years the fajitas had been so poorly chopped that I was eating large chunks of red onion. I came again this evening; my chicken tastes like they poured all the Morton salt into it AND there was a base of the lettuce head chopped up into the bottom of my salad. I come here sporadically enough that this seems to be a pattern. Not a bad store or bad folks, but they could use some QC in the food prep department.

I had a complicated pickup order, but the manager Anthony went above and beyond to make everything seamless! I needed to use an organization credit card and a tax-exempt form, which I wouldn’t have until the day of pickup. Since online ordering required pre-payment, I wasn’t sure how to place my order in advance. Hoping for a solution, I came in and explained my situation.

Anthony listened attentively, took down my order, and assured me that I could pay upon pickup the next day. He even got exact pricing for the sides of chicken. While he was putting in the order, he offered me a drink and made sure I received a confirmation email before I left. His kindness and attention to detail made the whole process entirely stress free.

Before this, I had gone to another Chipotle, where the manager was no help and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get Chipotle for my event. I’m so glad I ran into Anthony, he truly saved the day! His outstanding service speaks to the importance of good management in an establishment. Anthony is a fantastic manager!

Update: I had my event and the food was fantastic! Pickup was seamless and an employee was a real gentleman and helped me carry the boxes to my car.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle today (Tuesday, 02/10/2026 around 7:30 pm). I visit this location rarely, so I am not familiar with all the dish names. While ordering, I was politely pointing at the items I wanted, but the server was extremely rude and told me not to point. He seemed visibly irritated and was muttering angrily, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

Good customer service matters, especially when customers are simply trying to order their food. I hope the management addresses this, because no one should feel disrespected while placing an order.

The food was good mostly. My carnitas bowl gad a big piece of fat in it. The ice machine was broken. They did kindly provide a bag for us to take our leftovers home. My husband did get a generous amount of guac. They did not warn him it was an extra charge as they do at other Chipotles.

Employees are RUDE. They get mad when they have to do their job, they dont even get the order right because they dont pay attention. Would recommend driving further to a different Chipotle. Would give negative stars if I could.

Out of almost everything. Burnt meats—charred black. A bunch of gristle in the chicken. Employee said “ they have that meat in the to go area but you can’t order it here” I literally was in person to go ordering and they refused to walk 3 feet across an empty kitchen with no one in line on a Sunday afternoon to get it. Burrito sloppy and not rolled at all. Had to re roll it myself as it busted open first bite. Food tasted dif than normal chipotle—bland as heck and no seasoning, so not following the recipes. Burrito was 90% white rice and not toppings because they were trying to conserve what they had left on the table so I didn’t reveive what I paid for. If I wanted 2 cups of white rice I could do that for 25 cents at home. A clear case of bait and switch not following franchise.

This is the second time got Online Carry Out from this place, at the first time i got my order messed up some items missing (few weeks ago), and today when i arrive to pickup the order i decide to open the order to check, because i dont want any disappoint anymore or must return to the store to remake it.

it was happened today that some items missing, and i ask them to remake it, they did it, The Clerk said with Confidence “i already remake it bro, everything good”, OK i try to trust him about the food are good and no missing item… And then after i arrived home, there is something missing on my order. I dont know how they work, but this was terrible.

Why everytime i ordered the food always got missing items? Even Remake it, still there are missed.
This place not deserved 1 star. Should be 0 Star.

I love chipotle. It is my guilty pleasure. This was one of the remaining locations that I thought offered great quality. However, I don’t know if it due to management or what not but as of recently, it is not the same. I see more employees now than before but the quality has really gone down. The ice machine was broken, they had no tea, the place was very unkept and the food incredibly late. I am not blaming the employees because I know they’re trying but something is really going on that is testing my love for this location. I am not one to post reviews and this is simply because I want them to get it together and offer the great quality location they did before.
