Save your $10 and go someplace else. Its not worth it. I was so excited to try Freddys for the first time after seeing their billboard on the highway. I ordered an a la carte veggie burger and it was $9 which is high for just a burger. I had high expectations due to the price thinking it must be good….but no not at all. It was mediocre at best and not worth the money. When i picked up my food, the staff barely acknowleged me and the food was cold. The sauces i requested werent even in the bag so i went back in to ask them and i felt like i was bothering them. I had major buyers remorse. The experience was just lame. If your spending that much money just go to In N Out or Chickfila. Way more bang for your buck and better experience. Id be surprised if this place stays open given the amount of competition they have surrounding them.

Yes it’s been awhile since I’ve been at Freddy’s. I’ve been there a year ago and everything was great and the burger was good. I was not going to write a review, because I had just called them in person to give my opinion how bad the food was and all she could say I apologize when I said the food was over salted and the meat was just not right. As a matter of fact it was one of the worst burgers and I was very unhappy. All the manager could say when I called on the phone to complain in a nice way, I am sorry about that sometimes the meets come in Frozen. I said okay thank you have a good day. I will definitely never go back, the quality of the food went downhill fast.

I have been to a Freddy’s before, but this was my first time to this location. I really enjoyed this visit.
The food was great, of course. The staff was really friendly. We had gotten a dessert, and we discovered that the cup was cracked. They were very apologetic and got us a new one right away.
Check this place out if you enjoy burgers and frozen custard.

The atmosphere was amazing took me back in time a little. Diner vibes Love it . Had a Cali double and chilli cheese dogs. Seen it made fresh and everything was delicious. Topped off with a Turtle concrete. As a cook I want to say if your bun is wet you waited tooo long to eat your Burger, a fresh juicy burger needs to be enjoyed sooner then later.

Food was great. The burger I got was the double bacon cheeseburger and it was great. If you like other smash style burgers with crispy edge and good flavor then you’ll love these burgers and I also love that they put pickle spears slices on the burgers not dill chips. I got the cheese curds and they were great as well. My daughter got the tenders and she said they were well you know dad tenders are tenders so I had to try them and they were pretty good. The fries are very thinly sliced fries but cooked perfectly. They also have shakes and concrete blended Custard. Overall it was very good and will definitely go back.

UPDATE: Well Freddy’s has redeemed themselves. I went back after they reached out to me about my initial review. This time I ordered the California Style burger. The customer service was great, and the burger was on point. The burger was well prepared and cooked and had good seasoning.

OLD REVIEW: I saw the big lines on the drive thru and thought it would be worth it. Honestly, the Burger was not what I expected. I think I could do better making one at home. The meat was not thick at all and it really lacked flavor. The fries are extremely thin. There customer service was not all that great, no greeting etc.

My fiancé left his wallet and we’ve called multiple times and they won’t pick up the phone which they should always have someone right there to answer the phone. I went to order, and the lady was quite rude and told me to use the other register in a demanding way. The burger was room temperature, but the fries were pretty good.

I came through the Smyrna drive-thru on Sunday because I was very sick and just trying to get food for my daughter. Instead of basic courtesy, two employees decided that laughing in my face was more important than doing their jobs. I am only including identifying details so management can address this appropriately. The woman is Asian chunky with very long nails and a black woman wearing a hat with braces .
Honestly, I’m grateful this behavior occurred in a fast-food setting and not in a hospital or law office, where professionalism and compassion are essential. My appearance in the drive-thru as a sick mother was temporary. Poor attitude and lack of professionalism are not.
Respect your customers !!! You never know what someone is going through.

Is this was my first time. I ordered a double hamburger with cheese only. A medium fry medium drink and a order of cheese curds. I have to say that the best thing about the whole meal where the cheese curds. The bun that the hamburger was put on look like it was kicked around on the floor. The hamburger was so large over the edges of the bun I had to rip it off the sides just to get into the burger. I’ve always enjoyed touching french fries but when you pick them up at the drive-thru and you get them and they’re already cold it is not good. All this plus the sticker shock of how much it all cost. I will consider trying them again. But I will really need to be hungry.
