I went in to redeem a Free item I received for completing a survey. The experience was horrible! I ordered a sundae and received a concrete. I looked at my app and determined that the cashier used my points instead of the reward treat for completing the survey. This is totally unacceptable. I feel like I wasn’t seen or heard on this visit. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location. I spent my hard earned money to build my rewards and they were stolen. Totally disappointed.

UPDATE: THANK YOU FREDDY’S FOR MAKING THINGS RIGHT! I received an email notifying me of my refund and see that it is pending. They did apologize and explain the situation. Thank you again for correcting the issue.

On January 26, 2026 I ordered on the Freddy’s app after leaving my daughter’s PT appointment. When we arrived between 5 and 6pm, I hit “I’m here” and my husband parked. We noticed a sign on the door that said DRIVE-THRU ONLY. So, we got back in the car and went to the drive-thru. I told the person on the intercom we had a mobile order and he said “I am sorry, we are closed due to the weather” Mind you, it was just really cold. I then asked, well how do I get a refund sense I place the order already. He said I can request a refund through the app, there would be a number to call. I never found a number, and was sent to an email and a questionnaire to report my incident. My daughter called the store because the app told us the food was ready after we left and he again said there is a number in the app to call it and he never “received no order anyways”. I did the questionnaire and sent two emails. Still nothing. No refund. No response. but I am owed a refund on the order made on 1/26/26.

I love Freddy’s but this particular location has gotten my order wrong multiple times. This is the third time I’ve gotten home and there’s been mayo on my sandwich. I’m just going to have to stop coming here altogether. I suggest if you have allergies or any food aversions you stay away from here.

Great food. The drive through is terribly designed. $500 in damage to a brand car. I suppose I have no one to blame but myself but the angles are terrible and there is no reason for them not to have rounded curbs rather than squared off curbs that destroy wheels
