On January 26, 2026 I ordered on the Freddy’s app after leaving my daughter’s PT appointment. When we arrived between 5 and 6pm, I hit “I’m here” and my husband parked. We noticed a sign on the door that said DRIVE-THRU ONLY. So, we got back in the car and went to the drive-thru. I told the person on the intercom we had a mobile order and he said “I am sorry, we are closed due to the weather” Mind you, it was just really cold. I then asked, well how do I get a refund sense I place the order already. He said I can request a refund through the app, there would be a number to call. I never found a number, and was sent to an email and a questionnaire to report my incident. My daughter called the store because the app told us the food was ready after we left and he again said there is a number in the app to call it and he never “received no order anyways”. I did the questionnaire and sent two emails. Still nothing. No refund. No response. but I am owed a refund on the order made on 1/26/26.
