Everything checks out except for online orders. When I order in person, the portions are fine. But when I order online, the bowls are noticeably light—there’s barely any weight to them. When I shake the bowl, there’s no substance to it, and once I open the lid, it’s obvious I was given cheap servings, even though the total still comes out to around $12. This only happens at this location. Do better and be consistent with portions, regardless of how the order is placed.

The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating. We were helped right away, the food was fresh, nothing was out of stock, and they even gave us water cups. The guac was bright green and the rice was perfectly cooked. This is the best chipotle I’ve ever been to! Perfection! I love sour cream and asked the server to be heavy handed and he did everything I asked! Thank you chipotle!

I am 9 months pregnant and live 5 mins away from the chipotle made an order for pick up and came immediatley to pick it up. Opened the chipotle to very spoiled ingredients. The staff keeps unfresh ingredients at this chipotle and serves it to customers without discarding items in a timely manner. Photos are attatched. Please do not go to this chipotle there are other ones near by that will give you better service and can trust the employees. From making the order to picking it up and coming back home took 11 mins in total. There’s no way it spoiled on my watch, they just gave me spoiled food.

I just had the worst burrito ever from chipotle got the Carne Asada with the works ended up being a $20 burrito took one bite the Carne Asada tasted worse than dog food and I’ve eaten dog food before. The burrito itself was suspect when I took it out of the bag cause it’s barely bigger than a dollar bill! Spoke to the manager at the location, Taylor, apparently if you order through the app, they don’t care about you.

To start, we picked up our online order around 9:05 and the store closes at 11. My online order had been handed to ANOTHER customer in the store who then handed it to us. After checking, the order was completely wrong anyways but the order on the lid was all correct information. When asked to remake it, they were incredibly rude about it, snatching the bowl from me and when handing it back, practically shoving it at me saying “here”. The store itself was gross, no clean tables, all their food containers were low on food and looked like it had been sitting out for too long, and there were about 12 FULL trash cans sitting by the entrance as I’ve pictured. Go to the other Fredericksburg location. Avoid this one at all costs.

Last night was a horrible experience at Chipotle. First I noticed they were short steak , honey chicken was out and no regular chicken also the pulled pork looked dry. Then we asked for chips and the young lady said “we are out” keep in mind the store closed at 11pm. This isn’t the first bad experience with this location they are very disorganized. Last time I visited there were 2 young men in the back yelling and ready to fight everyone heard it. Last time for this location we have better Chipotle stores in the area this isn’t the one

This location ALWAYS skimps on portions – see my picture. They are also ALWAYS out of ingredients and rarely post it on the door. Service is very slow, 1-2 workers on the line while the wait is out the door. They seem to prioritize online orders over actual in-person customers.

I don’t expect much of a service from fast food places but there are better chipotles there.
While in the middle of serving me, cashier said something to the worker and he left to the back to start on a online order. I had to wait for him to be done with online order first to complete my order.

When I tell you these reviews were scaring me for this place, I almost didn’t go lol. I visited this location Saturday October 29, 2022 around 2:00pm, I decided to try the new Garlic Guajillo Steak Burrito Bowl, and got white rice (which was cooked well), black beans, Pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese, and the steak was cooked okay (wish I had a little less fatty pieces, but it was flavorful and tender). Line wasn’t too long, staff was friendly (the guy gave me extra meat without charging me, I guess because I looked more fit idk lol), they also let me redeem my free chips and guacamole for my birthday that was on September 29, so I lucked out and got it on the final day before it expired). Hopefully your experience is as good as mine because I do think they’ve gone down hill at a lot of locations. I used to Doordash and would never take orders from them because of how long it’d take to get my customer’s order lol. I’ll be back the next time I’m craving Chipotle.
