Since they have opened I’ve eaten here around 75 times. The steak burgers are always delicious. The fries,onion rings,cheese curds are also good. The jalapeño fry sauce is spot on. Ive also had the reeses, turtle and strawberry dreamcake Sundaes many times. The prices are good for the food quality. Probably my favorite burger place overall. My wife gets the California lettuce wrap burger.

Cool fast food spot definitely a step up from the bigger chains in terms of quality and what you get for the price. Absolutely love the custard. Chocolate is rich and creamy and goes great with their fries. Favorite is the orange dream though. It’s a upgraded dreamcicle in a cup. Chicken fingers are good, crispy style while I prefer soft they are fine for what they are. I think their burgers are some of the better fast food one’s you can to get. We also tried the smash buger tacos a limited time special and it was fantastic! They should keep it on the menu. Peppery and beefy with run down your chin juices if it’s still around definitely order it. This location has drive through and indoor seating. It’s actually very nice inside clean and comfortable booths. Plenty of parking to.

I rarely give a 3 star review for food quality and have eaten at other locations before. Wanted something besides a burger so I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. First thing I noticed was the flattened bun. Taste overall was okay but the texture was exactly like a fried pork chop. Not greasy but hard and tough to chew. I’ll stick to burgers from now on when stopping by a Freddy’s.

I love Freddy’s in Pell City. I tried Freddy’s for the first time a it was a wonderful experience! I love Freddy’s because not only was they’re food absolutely mouth-watering delicious, but they’re fast and friendly service was totally awesome! They’re restaurant and restroom was extremely clean as well. I must say that my overall experience was terrific! I give them two thumbs up, 5 stars and a 100% A+ rating! I will be a repeat customer! If you haven’t tried them yet then you need to, you won’t be disappointed, I promise you!

Kimberly took care of us at the drive-thru today and she was such a breath of fresh air. I didn’t have to repeat the order, she read it all back so professionally and with expertise, everything was accurate when it got to us, and the food was great. Excellent service, thank you.

This was my first time visiting Freddy’s, and I have to say, Aubrey made the experience unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel right at home.
She took the time to offer suggestions and recommendations, sharing her three favorite burgers—and let me tell you, they did not miss! Delicious. On top of that, she was incredibly patient and attentive while we decided what to order, making sure we felt confident in our choices.
Service was fast and efficient, and the food was fantastic. I’ll definitely be stopping by again on my next trip through Alabama. Give Aubrey a raise! She truly made my visit exceptional.

The food was great. However, they had one young man taking orders and making all the ice cream on a Saturday at lunchtime. This caused a line of at least ten people and about 20 minutes to get any food. Management needs to do better.
