Used to really like coming here, but don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. $5.39 for 10 cheese curds is diabolical and $6.89 for a small concrete mixer is crazy town. For reference, Culver’s sells their small for under $5 and I would argue their custard is better. They also made a mistake on the size of one of my custards and instead of fixing it right away, they made an excuse. Glad they did fix it in the end, but wish they believed me when I brought the issue up.

The kid working the window was awesome so sweet nice kid very polite. The vibe of the place is great. I would imagine children would love it. I just moved here from Miami we don’t have this restaurant down there so I was very excited to go here. This would’ve been my new place. Except When I open my bag my fries were half full and my hamburger… you could literally see-through the hamburger patty. I’m gonna post a picture of the fries half full and if you look at the hamburger on the edge you can see that you can literally see through the patty. They shouldn’t call it a double there’s nothing there’s two paper thin and I mean paper thin patties on it

Having been a very disappointed Red Robin fan of late we have been looking for something different and an enjoyable experience. We found what we were looking for today.
Overall the place was clean and organized. It was slightly rough around the edges but they were quite busy. Bathrooms were fairly clean, and well stocked.
You place your order at one counter and pick up at a different counter. It was very efficient and only took a short while to receive our freshly cooked food.
While waiting I was impressed to notice the photographs of the founding history of the company. That history being grounded in a WW2 soldier is priceless. It was worth checking out the photos while waiting for our food.
Our order of custards were put on hold until we requested them after we ate. I had the chocolate brownie and it had too much chocolate… if that is possible?
Management was very much engaged in all areas helping fellow employees.
My jalapeño burger was quite possibly the best of its type I ever had in a fast food restaurant. I had it without the sauce and added ketchup. It was loaded with potent peppers. Finally a burger with an abundance of SPICY peppers.
My spouse had a patty melt. She was disappointed because it was so dry. It had nothing on it except a few small pieces of onion, and some cheese. The size of the burger verses the size of the patty left large portions of nothing but bread. Maybe that is why it was so dry? I am not even sure if we needed to ask for other toppings? Selecting any toppings was a question that did not come up in the ordering process.
Because of the out of stock ketchup, (other than 2 very sticky packets left on counter) a slightly untidy restroom and a dry patty melt… a 4 star review.
I will gladly return one day.

We placed an order online that came to 50 some odd dollars. Got there and waited for over 20 minutes before they told me they did not have my sandwich and that I had to order another; meanwhile the rest of the food is getting cold (it was a to go order). I get home and my sandwich is still wrong. Plus they over charged me for the new sandwich. So I fed everyone else but no dinner for me. I would not recommend spending your money or wasting your time on this chain; there are way too many local restaurants to support.

Hard to rate all I did was go thru the drive thru and got a ice cream cone . I have to say for the price $2.69 I expected a better cone . . I have recently eaten there since an I Love Love Love this place . My 1st choice to go eat . Though you can spend a $50 for 2 people to if your ordering combos and concretes. Don’t pass this up . !
