Stopped here twice in the past week. It is in a shopping plaza that’s located at a weird angle off GA96 and hidden behind another building as viewed from the road going towards 96. The staff the first time was very friendly and everyone working there seemed happy and were presentable looking. The second time the cashier was very soft spoken and seemed to lack confidence or friendliness needed for front end customer support. This cashier was the only one working there with pins in his hat, stating Gender is a Construct. His other pin says She/They. I really don’t care about that stuff behind closed doors at home, but at a local business establishment, this wearing of personal agenda pins is too controversial and will steer business away. No one else wore personal items. Regardless of the political or personal agenda of this worker, it’d be more appropriate to not have him interacting with customers because the lack of communication skills with this person severely lacks.
Otherwise, the visits were very good. All communication with other staff members, front and back, was very good. The food was prepared as ordered and taste and temperature was very good.
The posted health rating score was lower than I would have expected because all staff and everything visible seemed very clean and orderly.

Really cute atmosphere and nice helpful employees. All employee interactions were top notch. We watched some YouTubers raving about they place and so we had to go try it out for ourselves. It is good, the food is good, the ice cream is lovely, but I’m the end, I don’t understand the hype. It’s a hamburger joint. If you’re expecting something else from watching videos you will be disappointed. If you want a good hamburger, in a cute, 50’s style dining area this is your place.

I stopped by Freddie’s on Lakejoy today, and although my order was originally made incorrectly, the team handled it perfectly. Mistakes happen no problem there. I brought my sandwich back and explained the issue, and the manager immediately took care of it with no hesitation and no questions asked. It’s rare to find customer service that’s both quick and genuinely pleasant, and they absolutely delivered. And let me add, the food is very good.

Extremely disappointed about the $33 I spent tonight. I’ve heard how great your food is, so I tried you all. First and last time too. Three orders of fries stone cold out the door and a prime rib sandwich that had so much grease, the box broke before I got home. I wouldn’t even give it to the dogs for fear of them all getting diarrhea. Absolutely disgusting, greasy, cold food. I drove from perry and trashed it when I got home. Ended up door dashing Mexican. The food has sat around all night and kept warm, greasy and not edible for the next customer. Don’t waste a single dollar on this establishment. The employees were super nice, place was clean but the food wasn’t fit for a stray cat.

Cali burger was satisfying with extra sauce. The chef, a 5 star basketball player, made sure we had what we needed. The staff are overall friendly. Jteeezy at the register was very helpful. The staff came to our table twice asking if everything was good and if we needed anything.
Love the Turtle as well. Great location and teamwork! Will be back often.

Decided on this spot due to other reviews and it was a good decision . The burger was delish and although I’m not to keen on skinny fries…they weren’t bad. Will be getting some of the custard as well . Plan to come back the next time we’re in GA .

Great burgers, great desserts, good drink options, lame fries, mediocre staff friendliness; that’s the summary I have for someone looking to come here. Having lived in California, reminds me of an In-N-Out Burger but better burgers and worse fries. We weren’t greeted when we got to the counter and perhaps they were irritated because we took a little while to order but even when we picked up our order they were rude. The burgers were excellent and cooked perfectly. The sauce and seasoning packets were cool too.

Food came out very fast. The cheese curds are amazing, they serve smash style burgers. Portions are great for the price. Ice cream was good, but nothing extraordinary. Good job guys. I’ll be back!
