Great fries and burgers really good product. Service was top-quality. Located in the very busy Parkside West Cobb shopping center right off of Dallas Highway. Traffic getting out from Marietta to this area is an absolute nightmare.
Nowadays, it’s very expensive to eat out anywhere Family or 4 can expect to spend$50 bucks. fast food is same price as sit down restaurants w wait staff these days. Great chain, one of these that I’ve been to has been a phenomenal experience. Oldies music on the radio, great atmosphere very clean and well managed location.

I came in one day and was met by a tremendous cashier. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and after a short wait, scampered off to my table with it. After scarfing down bite after bite of this delectable fowl between bread I found myself enamored with this establishment. I simply MUST know how it works. Like a spring, I lept to the counter and shook the nearest employee “I SIMPLY MUST KNOW THE MAGIC OF THIS COMPANY”. Voiceless, at my sudden outburst of joy they pointed at their fry station clerk whom, beaming with pride and a professionalism on par with the Navy, stode up to me and asked: “How may I help you Ma’am?”

Recently we went in this location and as we were approaching the restaurant doors what appeared to be an employee was coming to work or coming back from break she eagerly opened the door for us and allowed us to go in ahead of her and greeted us with welcome to Freddy’s. What a pleasant and welcoming gesture by this nice employee. We found out her name was Candice. What an incredibly nice person and true professional. She eventually took our order checked on us throughout our time there and she had such a positive attitude. Freddys please make note with quality people like Candice your business will continue to thrive and this location will Blossom with greatness. Thank you Candice and thank you Friday’s. We will be back and we will plan to do large corporate catering orders. Y’all are awesome!

I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the service. The person at the drive threw on the speaker had an attitude for some reason. Must have been having a bad day. However the young man at the window was great he even got my pups a pup cup. I have been thro this drive threw 20 times and never has anyone offered my pup a pup cup.
The orange cream drink that they have is amazing..
Sadly my prime steak burger tasted burnt. But the rest of the meal was great

This is a typical fast food, burger joint. They serve steak burgers similar to Steak N Shake. However, I think the food here is a bit better and more consistent. While I’m not a fan of the shoestring fries, the seasoning and burgers are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Much more so than most fast food chains.

I came in and was greeted very nicely. The staff were all patient and very friendly. My order was a little complicated but the girl at the register rung it up PERFECTLY. I order the grilled chicken sandwich club meal and the chicken was good PERFECTLY and it looked very presentable. I would 100% order the grilled chicken sandwich again because it was DELICIOUS. And instead of mayo I asked for ranch and it was 10/10. Will be coming back.

I visited Freddy’s today and the service was fast. I didn’t experience any issues with the staff or customer service.
However, the food was extremely disappointing. The burger had a very strange taste, almost chemical or garbage-like. It did not taste like a normal burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onion. I’m not sure if the grill wasn’t cleaned properly or if one of the ingredients had gone bad, but the flavor was off in a way I’ve never experienced before. It was honestly difficult to eat, and afterward my stomach started hurting.
The restaurant also wasn’t crowded, which surprised me at first, but now I understand why.
I rarely ever write reviews, but I wanted to make sure management is aware because something is definitely not right with the taste or preparation of the food. I hope this can be addressed.

I have never had a bad experience here. Customer service is super friendly no matter what time of day you come. Good customer service is so hard to find now a days and Freddy’s really knows how to do it. Food is always great too. Thanks Freddy’s for always being so friendly.

This is the first time visiting this restaurant. Went through the drive thru, and the employee was prompt and very friendly. I asked a couple of questions, and she was super helpful. My food was hot and I could tell it was freshly made. I love the shoe string fries. The burger was the california burger. Originally, it came as a double, but I asked for a single. The burger comes with white onion, tomato, lettuce, cheese and a “thousand island” type sauce. The smashed patty was delicious. I recommend the spicy fry sauce as well. I will definitely be back to try more from this location. Thank you for not making me feel like I wasted $11 on lunch!

Stopped here this past Saturday after driving around to view homes during Open House.
We were starving and had to make a few U-turns after making a few wrong turns, when I saw the Freddy’s sign.
When we got inside, I was surprised to find it fairly empty (but….YAY ME)!
There was a kid at the register (I’d put him at 16-17. I placed my order, and asked him what city were we in. (He was a cute kid…but BRO, how do you not know where you work?!?!?)
The second thing that irked me was that they call your number presumably over a mic. (HINT for management: If your patrons can’t make out what person is saying because he sounds like he has rocks in his mouth, maybe you might consider this before allowing him to communicate with the public?)
I got a Freddy’s cheese burger and a fudge sundae. My husband went to pick up the order but my sundae wasn’t on it. I just assumed they didn’t make it because it’d be melted by the time I was ready to eat it? ♀️
When I went back to the register to ask them to make it, I got the side eye. I showed my receipt. The girl asked me if it was “on hold” I don’t know what that means, I just know y’all owe me a sundae. The young girl then said something to someone who appeared to be more seasoned (I was confused by all the discussion), but in the end, she made it, I was happy, and off we went.
It’s just little things like this can be irksome.
I will say however, that this restaurant was CLEAN.
And clean goes a Long, Long way!
